★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si van de toluca a la cdmx es preferible tomar el autobús en esta terminal, ya que el acceso al autobus es mas rapido y te evitas pasar por el caótico tráfico de la zona de la terminal de toluca.
 If you go from Toluca to the CDMX, it is preferable to take the bus in this terminal, since access to the bus is faster and you avoid going through the chaotic traffic of the area of the Toluca terminal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la mañana hay 4 taquillas y sólo atiende 1 persona!! Luego los usuarios pagan con billetes grandes o con descuentos y tardan la fila, y se van los camiones. Se enoja uno y la taquillera nos dice "parese mas temprano" !!!!
In the morning there are 4 ticket offices and only 1 person attends !! Then the users pay with big tickets or with discounts and they delay the row, and the trucks go. One gets angry and the box office tells us "stop earlier" !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio por parte del personal de boletos y los camiones salen cada 10 mundo a observatorio y también tienen diferente destinos es pequeña para el volumen de personas que maneja y así está bien falta un poco de seguridad

The service is terrible! For the North terminal They tell you that the trucks do not know if they are full and you can leave standing! To top it off there is no cancellation!

No te puedes con fiar por que varía mucho el tiempo de salida
Los autobuses salen muy tarde
Nada más llueve un poco y se en peor a el servicio
Bad service for those of us who use it daily we realize
You can't trust it because the departure time varies a lot
Buses run very late
It just rains a little and the service gets worse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Execelente terminal para ir de San Mateo Atenco a la CDMX, tienen buena frecuencia y llegan rápido. Casi nunca hay fila para comprar boletos, la atención y servicio es rápido.
Tienen baños limpios pero como casi en todos lados hay que pagar para tener acceso.
Excellent terminal to go from San Mateo Atenco to the CDMX, they have good frequency and arrive fast. There is almost never a line to buy tickets, attention and service is fast.
They have clean bathrooms but as almost everywhere you have to pay to have access.
