L	Luz Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo y Peor servicio, perdi mi autobus porke la persona que estaba en taquilla me dio mal el nunero no bocearon el camion y ademas me hiso volver hasta el otro dia por mi dinero a pesar de que fue su error darme un nunero diferente y al estar preguntando por el autobus dando informacion equivocada de que venia atrasado, estupida gente el cliente es primero es mi primera ves y ultimo regreso a tufesa!!!!! Bad and Worse service, I lost my bus because the person who was at the box office gave me the wrong number, they did not sketch the truck and also made me return until the next day for my money even though it was his mistake to give me a different number and to be asking for the bus giving wrong information that he was late, stupid people the client is first is my first time and last return to tufesa !!!!!

Falta de profesionalismo y atención al cliente. Terrible service and the installation without air or fans, in a place as hot as Hermosillo, makes waiting for buses unbearable ....

Pagué dos boletos desde hermosillo sonora a Mexico terminal norte y me cobraron un poco mas de 3mil pesos, el viaje es más de 24 horas y la mayoría de los asientos no se reclinan (el mio no se reclinaba pero el de mi esposa si), en la terminal de hermosillo me dijeron que no tenían etiquetas para las maletas y que me tenía que esperar hasta Cd Obregon para que le pusieran una, el camión se quedó tirado a la salida de Guaymas y el conductor no nos dio ni una sola explicación de lo que estaba pasando y me bajé a preguntar y el conductor dijo que ya se había arreglado el problema. El autobús tiene olor a orines, los baños no tenían papel ni jabón para lavarse las manos y repetían las mismas películas todo el viaje. Capaciten a sus empleados a dar un mejor servicio a sus clientes y danle mantenimiento a sus autobuses porque el 6001 esta en pésima condiciones. Terrible service. Acaso no existe una institución que los obligue a vender un buen servicio y que los certifique. Shit... service in its entirety. We the clients are to blame and the authorities that approve this type of services to the public. Perhaps there is no institution that forces them to sell a good service and that certifies them.
R	Range Cow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminal Tap is an ample island of transpiration not terribly far from Centro Hermosillo, an incredibly hot yet topographically interesting city in Sonora. Buses arrive and depart here from north and south frequently during the day. People are often sitting here in the grand sala waiting for some bus to arrive while somebody cleans among them. There's a snack shop and free bathrooms here. It's free to charge your phone. Toilet paper is free. And there's an OXXO less than a block away.
