★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando el servicio es constante es bueno, pero por lo regular en la mañana en San Felipe, los operadores llegan tarde a la base y se ponen a platicar con el checador y en Metro Hidalgo, los camiones salen a cada hora aunque haya varios trolebuses esperando.
When the service is constant it is good, but usually in the morning in San Felipe, the operators arrive late to the base and talk to the checker and in Metro Hidalgo, the trucks leave every hour even though there are several trolleybuses waiting .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay un panel de salidas, salen cuando quieren, se quedan platicando aun cuando ya hay mucha gente formada y esperando subir, las unidades ya estan muy viejitas y deterioradas, deberian de darle mantenimiento, pues es un transporte ecologico.
There is no exit panel, they go out when they want, they keep talking even when there are already many people trained and waiting to go up, the units are already very old and deteriorated, they should be maintained, as it is an ecological transport.

-Horario no cumplido dado que debe empezar desde las 5 de la mañana y el servicio se brinda luego desde las 5:20 A.M. en adelante.
-Una cantidad insuficiente de vehículos, dado que uno puede estar esperando mas de 30 minutos y aun así no hay vehículos disponibles.
In favor:
- Economic transport service
- Provides a very wide stopping route
Against:
- Schedule not fulfilled since it must start from 5 in the morning and the service is then provided from 5:20 A.M. onwards.
-An insufficient amount of vehicles, since one can be waiting more than 30 minutes and still there are no vehicles available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo mas de una hora esperando el trole y cuando por fin llega. No nos hace parada se va al siguiente semáforo y ahí sube una persona.. cabe mencionar que estábamos 30 personas esperándolo de bajo de la parada de el trolebús. Creo que no se vale el que piensen que el tiempo de nosotros los usuarios no vale.
Por el precio y en cuanto al trato está muy bien pero si estaría mejor que en el metro Hidalgo estén troles de planta para que no estemos esperando tanto tiempo.
I have more than an hour waiting for the trolley and when it finally arrives. He does not stop us, he goes to the next traffic light and there a person gets on ... it is worth mentioning that we were 30 people waiting for him from under the trolleybus stop. I think it is not worth it if they think that our users' time is not worth it.
For the price and in terms of the treatment, it is very good but if it would be better if the Hidalgo metro had plant trolleys so that we are not waiting so long.
