Empresa nacida en la segunda década del Siglo XX, en donde en aquellos tiempos se prestaba el servicio a Ciudades importantes como: Otumba, Apan, Cd. Sahagún, entre otros, así como pueblos y rancherías aledañas, siendo nuestro principal destino la Ciudad de Teotihuacan, considerado Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación y uno de los principales vestigios de mayor riqueza histórica y turística a nivel Nacional e Internacional. A través de los años la empresa ha evolucionado con la visión de ofrecer un servicio de calidad y seguridad, esto gracias al personal 100% comprometido a mejorar día a día la calidad del servicio, teniendo como objetivo principal su seguridad y comodidad para seguir contando con su preferencia.

A very "abandoned" terminal needs maintenance, the attention of the staff is pleasant, and the buses fulfill their transport function.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le hace falta un incremento considerable de líneas, así como la pavimentación de la misma terminal o central. Lo que considero prudente es que las personas sepan cada cuando pasa cierto autobús. Lo que no gusta es que no hay más lineas, todas son locales y los viajes conectan o a Tlaxcala o bien, a Pachuca de donde salen hacia más lugares. Comparto algunas fotos internad.
It lacks a considerable increase in lines, as well as the paving of the same terminal or central. What I consider prudent is that people know every time a certain bus passes. What they don't like is that there are no more lines, they are all local and the trips connect either to Tlaxcala or to Pachuca, from where they leave for more places. I share some internal photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El chófer que me tocó en esta ocasión maneja demasiado rápido y al parecer le falta mantenimiento puesto que rechina mucho
Saliendo de Sahagún se quedó varado mucho tiempo, sin avisar más, dijo que nos pasaramos al siguiente camión "se le descompuso"
En carretera venía muy rápido..
Y el tiempo que ganó en eso, lo perdió al hacernos esperar tanto... El viaje resultó riesgoso, (por la velocidad inicial) tardado, porque terminamos cambiandonos de unidad "a tres personas nos tocó ir parados por algún tiempo" y por mi parte, llegue bastante tarde a la cita que tenía prevista
(Todo eso sucedió 13/04/2022 saliendo el camión a las 13:30 de la central de autobuses)
The driver who touched me on this occasion drives too fast and apparently lacks maintenance since he squeaks a lot
Leaving Sahagun, he was stranded for a long time, without further notice, he said that we should go to the next truck "it broke down"
On the highway it was very fast.
And the time he gained in that, he lost by making us wait so long... The trip was risky, (because of the initial speed) it took a long time, because we ended up changing units "three people had to go standing for some time" and for me part, I was quite late for the appointment I had scheduled
(All this happened on 04/13/2022 leaving the truck at 1:30 p.m. from the bus station)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No alcanza las 5 estrellas, ya que luego pides informes para viajar y de pronto hay empleados que son déspotas, pero es agradable el lugar y los carros siempre limpios, y como todo... Hay chóferes que prestan sus servicios excelente y otros que de pronto son groseros.
It does not reach 5 stars, since then you ask for information to travel and suddenly there are employees who are despotic, but the place is nice and the cars are always clean, and like everything... There are drivers who provide excellent services and others who give soon they are rude.
