Muy a pesar de ser la terminal del centro del país y relativamente nueva o remodelada, se puede apreciar que cada día está peor. Independientemente que el servicio en las líneas de autobuses deja mucho que desear y son contadas las que ofrecen un servicio acorde a precio/calidad.

El peor servicio que he tenido en una terminal de autobuses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autobuses de ETN y Futura con más de 2 horas de retraso. Pagué boleto para viajar en Futura doble piso de lujo, asiento exclusivo para mujeres. Después de esperar tanto, llega el autobús. Resulta que era básico, y asiento no exclusivo para mujeres. Consejo: NO PAGUEN POR UN AUTOBUS DE LUJO en FUTURA, y viajen lo más temprano posible para evitar perder citas programadas en CDMX a causa de la impuntualidad por parte de las empresas. NO recomiendo el servicio de Futura para nada Y en CDMX si llegas tarde 5min para embarcar autobús, te deja el autobús así no lleves maleta y el chofer aun este estacionado en el Caso de ETN, tampoco recomiendo esta empresa. Pésimo servicio.
