★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio compre un lote en La montaña residencial y construi mi casa y durante toda la construccion he estado siendo acosado por la Administracion ADEMSA y se les reporto muchas veces a Terra Regia con diferentes personas como Manuel Cordero, Karina Reyes, Mauricio de la Garza y ninguno me dio solucion durante Dos años ya casi, la comunicacion es muy despota y uno no se siente apoyado para nada para realizar su construccion al contrario pareciera que ellos siguen siendo los dueños de mi Lote y mi casa. ACTUALIZANDO al dia 18 de Enero 2022 YA ROBARON DOS VECES En el fraccionamiento y Terra Regia no responden a los Correos de reporte! CUIDADO!
Terrible service I bought a lot in La Montaña Residencial and built my house and throughout the construction I have been harassed by the ADEMSA Administration and they were reported many times to Terra Regia with different people such as Manuel Cordero, Karina Reyes, Mauricio de la Garza and None of them gave me a solution for almost two years now, the communication is very rude and one does not feel supported at all to carry out their construction, on the contrary, it seems that they are still the owners of my Lot and my house. UPDATING January 18, 2022 THEY ALREADY STOLEN TWICE In the subdivision and Terra Regia do not respond to the Report Emails! WATCH OUT!
