★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están asquerosas hay cucarachas, ratas, la salida con una demora de una hora, los autobuses muy incómodos, no tienen ni siquiera dónde recargar los pies, creo tendrían q estar un poco más cómodos sobre todo xq sus viajes son largos, de más de 7 hrs personalmente no los recomiendo
The facilities are disgusting, there are cockroaches, rats, the departure is one hour late, the buses are very uncomfortable, they don't even have a place to rest their feet, I think they should be a little more comfortable, especially because their trips are long, too much than 7 hours personally I do not recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre ha Sido mi mejor opción viajar por terrabus, lo único que le pongo pero son las instalaciones, salidas, tiempos,costo, trato, mi experiencia es buena, y tal vez si el aire acondicionado lo fueran prendiendo y apagando en tiempos, porque cuando uno viaja de noche es cómodo, pero llegas a cierto punto en el que te duelen los oídos, la garganta se reseca y al bajar el choque con el clima de la ciudad es dañino. Fuera de eso mi experiencia ha Sido muy placentera, van 2 veces que me mudo de cdmx a GDL y 1 de gdl a cdmx, y viajes personales sin tanto equipaje y el costo razonable, y el trato hacia mis cosas es bueno. Gracias y seguiré viajando x esta linea
It has always been my best option to travel by terrabus, the only thing I put on it but the facilities, departures, times, cost, treatment, my experience is good, and maybe if the air conditioning were turned on and off at times, because when one travels at night is comfortable, but you reach a certain point where your ears hurt, your throat dries up and when you go down the shock with the city's climate is harmful. Apart from that, my experience has been very pleasant, I have moved from CDMX to GDL twice and from GDL to CDMX once, and personal trips without much luggage and reasonable cost, and the treatment of my things is good. Thank you and I will continue traveling along this line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues al ser un servicio economico el viaje va acorde al precio, los camiones están limpios pero poco espaciosos, las pantallas no sirven, el operador fue amable y yo lo utilice por qué traía una llantas y ahí no cobraban por la carga y resultó que ahora sí cobran y me salió casi lo mismo que viajar en otra línea de mejor calidad.
Well, being an economical service, the trip is according to the price, the trucks are clean but not very spacious, the screens are useless, the operator was friendly and I used it because I had tires and there they did not charge for the load and it turned out that now they do charge and I got almost the same as traveling on another line of better quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues no está mal, pero podrían mejorar. El precio de GDL a Puebla no me pareció caro. Podrian mejorar en tener más extensiones para poder cargar el teléfono ya que los que hay unos no funcionan y la hora de salida no siempre es exacta (salimos casi 1 hora después) pero creo que tampoco depende de ellos; yo pregunté a la recepcionista y me dijo que aún no llegaban pasajeros que habían hecho reservación. Pero en mí opinión es buena opción
