★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, dicen que cuentan con reservaciones pero estás no tienen ningún valor ya que nisiquiera las apuntan, te piden estar 40 minutos antes y sales una hora después de lo indicado, autobuses viejos, las pantallas no sirven, nadie revisa que los pasajeros no traigan armas, las señoras de la recepción súper groseras.
El camión en el que fui se descompuso una hora después de comenzar el camino y nos dejó varados enmedio de la autopista a la 1 de la mañana por más de dos horas, el chófer no menciono nada solo nos dejó ahí.
Sin duda jamás en mi vida volveria a viajar con estás porquerías, por 100 o 200 pesos más mejor alguno de la terminal.
Que basura de empresa.
Terrible service, they say they have reservations but they are worthless since they don't even write them down, they ask you to be there 40 minutes before and leave an hour later than indicated, old buses, the screens don't work, nobody checks that passengers don't bring weapons, super rude reception ladies.
The truck I was in broke down an hour after starting the road and left us stranded in the middle of the highway at 1 in the morning for more than two hours, the driver did not mention anything, he just left us there.
Without a doubt, never in my life would I travel again with this crap, for 100 or 200 pesos more, better one from the terminal.

Muy groseros y altaneros y hasta quiso tener un conflicto físico conmigo y eso que iba ser mi primer servicio de paquetería y quedé invitado a no volver a pararme fueron muy groseros para un cliente que se acercó por primera vez
Simplemente me retire por mi seguridad
