★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice area. We were told that it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. More like 15 to 20 minutes, crossing over a busy highway. Lot of long term renters, some who think that they own the place, and are quick to point out the rules, even though, they break them daily. Lots of gossips, that start flapping as soon as soon as someone leaves the pool area. Beach and ocean is beautiful, once you get there. Locals are very friendly and willing to help, when they can. Would most likely come back. Not a place for people who can't do stairs. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Lots of safe places to walk to and explore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security staff is great. The area is also very clean. And the pool is refreshing when you don`t feel like walking to the ocean. What ruines the experience is the non stop barking of dogs. Makes it hard to relax and enjoy yourself. As tourists, their is little that can be done other than though it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the listing for the overall group of Terralta 3 condo complexes: Concha, Caracol, Estrella, and Coral are beyond this point.
Security is double layered. A guard at the entrance to the overall complex with each of the individual complexes having their own manned security gate.
