★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a custom-designed outdoor sofa, which lasted about 1 year before the fabric started tearing and the wood completely rotted. They gave me a 2-year warranty but refused to honor it. They led me on for 5 months saying they would replace the fabric and repair the wood, then saying they wouldn't repair the wood and every time I call they say the fabric hasn't arrived yet. Truly disappointing to have spent so much money on something that should have been better built from a company that takes absolutely no responsibility.
