Cobran su cuota mensual, las casas no son muy baratas y dejan mucho que desear, sí pudiera regresar el tiempo no compro casa aquí y busco mejor en otro lado, te enganchas por qué se ven bonitas pero no sirven. Pero no me gusta que el constructor está dejando la responsabilidad de cerrar todas las áreas comunes que están hacia la calle. Servicios muy cerca y vías rapidísimas. Nada que ver con las vías que hay al sur de la ciudad, al poniente y al norte en Zapopan. Residential houses, at good cost.
