Muy cercano a la ciudad de Colima, con un camino bastante cuidado y digno de paisajes europeos, se vuelve un lugar ideal y privado para crear tu casa de campo.
El lugar es privado, tiene una caseta de vigilancia, por lo que solo se permite la entrada a inquilinos e invitados con previo aviso.
Los paisajes son muy bonitos, sobre todo cuando cae una lluvia ligera. También es muy bonito para realizar festejos por la tarde como bodas civiles, ya que puede haber muy buenas tomas para las fotos.
