They took away the sauce boats and we still hadn't finished eating and apart from that, the mother of the party put the sauce boats on, then they took away the plate of snacks as if they had paid for it.

Tiene una pésima actitud hacia las personas The terrace is very nice, my respects to the waiters but the owner of the place should change her rude attitude! He has a bad attitude towards people.

El servicio no, fue pésimo, la dueña del lugar puso la mantelería que ella quiso, el vestido de la XV azul y la mantelería verde pastel, siempre nos trato con actitud prepotente. Nos limitaron los accesos, no podías salir sin que la dueña supiera, yo hermano de la quinceañera no me dejaron pasar hasta que salió la dueña y me reconoció, en pleno vals. La comida fue totalmente limitada, nadie quedó satisfecho, se adueñaron de las botellas de vino aparentemente para ayudarnos a servir a los invitados y nos desaparecieron 5 botellas, el dj que venía en el paquete desactualizado totalmente, repitió 6 veces las mismas canciones. El servicio de los meseros ineficiente y en cuanto se termina tus 5 horas de evento te apagan las luces y te corren. Tal cual van mesa por mesa diciéndote que te tienes que retirar. La peor experiencia que he tenido en eventos la tuve aquí, muy mal servicio el de este lugar, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. The place is luxurious for any type of event, clean and modern facilities, I liked the room. The service was not, it was terrible, the owner of the place put the table linen that she wanted, the blue XV dress and the pastel green table linen, she always treated us with an arrogant attitude. They limited our access, you couldn't go out without the owner knowing, I, the fifteen-year-old's brother, didn't let me in until the owner came out and recognized me, in the middle of a waltz. The food was totally limited, nobody was satisfied, they took over the bottles of wine apparently to help us serve the guests and 5 bottles disappeared, the dj that came in the totally outdated package repeated the same songs 6 times. The service of the waiters inefficient and as soon as your 5 hours of event is over they turn off the lights and they run you. Just as they go table by table telling you that you have to retire. The worst experience I've had at events was here, very bad service from this place, I don't recommend it at all.
