Más de 1 hora en servir la cena desde que se ordenó, espera de 30min entre cada tiempo, demasiado frío y de mal sabor, realmente no me salí antes de este lugar nadamas porque la cena la pague con anticipación. Dejan fumar dentro como si fuera un lugar demasiado abierto, entonces estás cenando y a la vez respirando ese olor. Los baños sin agua, los meseros te olvidan, el DJ horrible con su música, el dueño con sus caras obviamente porque toda la gente se quejaba de su detestable servicio, no sirve el elevador… en resumen NO VAYAN Y MUCHO MENOS PIENSEN EN PASAR UN EVENTO AHÍ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creí que sería un buen lugar para pasar el año nuevo por las reseñas pero me llevo una mala experiencia. El servicio fue muy lento para la comida y para pedir la cuenta se tardaron 1 hora. No tenían buena organización. La verdad no volvería ni recomendaría el lugar, pésimo servicio. Lo único bueno fue la música y algunos platillos.
I thought it would be a good place to spend the new year because of the reviews but I have a bad experience. The service was very slow for the food and it took 1 hour to ask for the bill. They did not have good organization. I really would not return or recommend the place, terrible service. The only good thing was the music and some dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De entrada el elevador no sirve, a pesar de ser una terraza, hay bastantes lugares cerrados y en todos lados se permite fumar, por lo que se encierra un apeste a tabaco que llega hasta el área de niños. Comida fría y terriblemente tardada, hubo clientes que se hartaron y se salieron a media cena, no saben ni siquiera lo que ordenaste, básicamente le dices al mesero tu propia cuenta. Escaso personal tanto en cocina como en atención a comensales, nada de variedad en las bebidas y su postre en vez de ser una porción considerable de pastel parece una rebanada de jamón. Es un lugar muy bonito y se encuentra en una buena zona pero con su nefasto servicio no lo recomiendo para ningún evento.
