★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio y mala respuesta por parte de los dueños, supuestamente tienen paquetes y no los respetan, te ponen mil peros para no darte el servicio que solicitaste sin antes consultarlo, no buscan soluciones (Dan un NO y rotundo NO).
Aparte de todo se hacen las victimas cuando lo único que estas pidiendo es un buen servicio y buen trato (se molestan y no te hacen caso).
NO lo recomiendo en absoluto y no se crean de los buenos comentarios que hay en su pagina de Facebook (borran los negativos), yo me confíe y me lleve la desagradable sorpresa.
Cabe mencionar que el salón es muy agradable pero el trato con los dueños NO.
Bad service and bad response from the owners, supposedly they have packages and do not respect them, they put you a thousand butts to not give you the service you asked for without consulting it, they do not seek solutions (They give a NO and a resounding NO).
Apart from everything, victims are made when all you are asking for is good service and good treatment (they get upset and ignore you).
I do NOT recommend it at all and do not believe the good comments on your Facebook page (delete the negatives), I trust and take the unpleasant surprise.
It is worth mentioning that the lounge is very nice but the deal with the owners is NOT.
