★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualmente muy mala organización, la persona que atiende la línea no da toda la información completa, te entregan la terraza 1 hora antes de tu evento por lo que no me dieron oportunidad de adornar, mi evento fue de 15:00 a 20:00 hrs y me pidieron que a las 8 ya estuviera todo afuera para que ellos pudieran cerrar con comodidad (5 hrs de evento incompleto) PÉSIMO SERVICIO CERO RECOMENDABLE CON LAS NUEVAS PERSONAS QUE SE ENCARGAN DE LA TERRAZA.
Currently very bad organization, the person who attends the line does not give all the complete information, they give you the terrace 1 hour before your event so they did not give me the opportunity to decorate, my event was from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and they asked me to be out at 8 o'clock so that they could close comfortably (5 hrs of incomplete event) WRONG SERVICE ZERO RECOMMENDED WITH THE NEW PEOPLE WHO TAKE CARE OF THE TERRACE.
