Beautiful terrace with a spectacular view and excellent dishes and mixology!

The place is very nice and the food is very tasty, the attention of the waiters is also very good. However, our experience was bad due to the following points: 1. The attention and education of the manager is disastrous, she has a terrible attitude with the client and zero desire to resolve any concern or request. 2. the terrace lacks shade from the sun. Perhaps it can be enjoyed in the afternoon-evening, but at lunchtime it is a martyrdom. 3. We asked on multiple occasions to change our table and they never responded to the request because the manager did not authorize it despite having more than half of the restaurant empty. They argued that they had reserved tables, the thing is that they don't give arrival times for reservations and so an empty table can go on for hours. They give more weight to a customer who has not arrived (that is, who does not exist) than to someone who is in the place consuming. 4. We had to ask for the bill after 4 attempts to change the table, despite commenting that we wanted to continue consuming but to be given a table without the sun on our faces. I hope you can take into account the observations, since the place is nice, the food is delicious and the service of the waiters is good. I think that as a place it is not worth the fault of one person, that is, the manager, to give this type of bad experience to customers.

Excellent place, my wife and I went to dinner, everything was excellent, the attention of the very pleasant and attentive staff, the delicious food and the spectacular view, highly recommended.

Excellent taste and views. Unfortunately the service was a bit inconsistent. Quick to order, the tickets did not arrive, the non-alcoholic drinks arrived quickly, the cocktails took a long time to be a gin & tonic. Excellent food both quality and taste. I hope to return soon to be able to award 5 stars!

Very nice place, easy to reach, about 9 Poniente. On the sixth floor. The terrace is very cool, has a beautiful view of downtown Puebla Cathedral and observed the star of Puebla. Drinks well prepared and this tasty food with fresh ingredients. It has good atmosphere for restaurant and hang out with friends. Recommended. Prices are affordable.
