Somos un lugar apasionado por atender de una manera hospitalaria a nuestros comensales y ofrecerles toda una experiencia culinaria. La comida que nos distingue es artesanal y preparada al momento (con ingredientes selectos y frescos). Tienen muy amplio y atractivo menú, pero no cuentan con todos los insumos, además de muy mala organización en su elaboración y para servirlos. Se esfuerza el personal (por cierto muy poco y mal tratado), pero no pueden hacer milagros!! Yo no lo recomiendo, y lo siento mucho por los trabajadores, más no por los administradores, que ponen empeño, amor y dedicación en esta importante rama de servicio, en Cholula, Puebla. UN TACHE!! Papas a la francesa...secas como cartón y la lasaña tenía una salsa muy mala y en la parte de en medio estaba completamente fría. Aunque cuando lo comenté me dieron una cerveza gratis?. Platillos equivocados, se tardaron mucho en servir, llegaron fríos los alimentos. No anotaron la reservación y era un caos por personal insuficiente. Me queda claro que hicieron su mejor esfuerzo pero eran demasiados (9 comensales) más dos mesas más ocupadas. En fin aunque la dueña trato de compensar la mala atención con algún descuento o alimentos adicionales no lo aceptamos y pedimos que no la agarrara contra el personal. En fin una muy mala y triste experiencia. Lo visité para desayunar y realmente todo lo que se ordenó de muy buen sabor y buenas porciones. Hubo un detalle en lo que se refiere a un desayuno que tenía tocino en la carta y llegó con jamón. No tenían tocino, como lo explicaron. Está bien, pero creo que un buen detalle sería comentarlo con el comensal , previo a servirlo y así saber si se está de acuerdo. Nada grave, sólo una observación. Es también un punto en contra el que no cuenten con estacionamiento propio. En la locación que se encuentra, no es fácil tener un lugar para el auto. Pero en cuanto a los alimentos ahí esta el tema, el emplatado es aceptable pero la calidad es realmente mala y además con 2 mesas tardaron una barbaridad. El pan francés seco y de pan bimbo, no ofrecieron alguna miel. Los huevos divorciados, la yema cocida a mi me gusta tierna, la tortilla seca, las salsas muy simples, la guarnición de frijoles mala y el rollo de pepino no le vi el caso. Los chilaquiles con fajitas de pollo. La tortilla totopos muy dorados casi quemados, la porción de pollo muy escasa y muy simple. Y lo peor casi fríos los platillos. Los precios terminaron pareciéndome altos para la calidad que recibimos. Sinceramente esperaba más de este lugar me voy descepcionado Mixed feelings in my experience in this place.
