Excellent hotel for a quick break without so much budget, the facilities are in very good condition, we will definitely be back soon.

EL JACUZZI ASQUEROSO, NOS DIO UNA INFECCIÓN EN LOS OJOS Y NOS SALIERON RONCHAS!! LA ALBERCA HELADA Y SÍ TIENEN El SISTEMA PARA CALENTAR PERO NO LO PRENDEN APARTE ESTÁ SUCIA Y NO LA LIMPIAN DE UN DIA PARA OTRO PARA OTRO, LA DEJAN SUCIA. NO TIENEN PERSONAL SOLO UN CHAVO QUE NO SE DA A BASTO. EL DUEÑO O LO QUE SEA ES UN GROSERO Y CON POCO CRITERIO.ESTABA UN ĢRUPO DE PERSONAS QUE SE VE QUE YA HAN IDO Y QUE LOS CONOCE EL DUEÑO Y QUE ESTUVIERON DE ESCANDALOSOS Y APARTANDO TODO EL LUGAR DE LA ALBERCA COMO SI FUERA SU CASA RENTADA, TE DECÍAN COSAS Y DE VERDAD UNA MOLESTIA, FEAS PERSONAS. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA, PORQUE SI PASA ALGO NO HAY NADIE EN RECEPCIÓN EN LA NOCHE OSEA TE DEJAN AHÍ SOLO. ⚠️DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL⚠️ THE ROOM IS DIRTY, THE KEYS AND SHOWER ARE CLOGGED BY SO MUCH CALCULATE AND THEY COME OUT SPLASHING EVERYWHERE. THE DISGUSTING JACUZZI, GAVE US AN EYE INFECTION AND WE GOT HITS!! THE POOL IS COLD AND THEY DO HAVE THE HEATING SYSTEM BUT THEY DO NOT TURN IT ON APART, IT IS DIRTY AND THEY DON'T CLEAN IT FROM ONE DAY TO THE ANOTHER, THEY LEAVE IT DIRTY. THEY HAVE NO STAFF JUST A GUY WHO IS NOT ENOUGH. THE OWNER OR WHATEVER IS RUDE AND WITH LITTLE CRITERION. THERE WAS A GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT YOU SEE HAVE ALREADY GONE AND THE OWNER KNOWS THEM AND THEY WERE SCANDALOUS AND REMOVED THE ENTIRE POOL PLACE AS IF IT WERE THEIR HOUSE RENTED, THEY TOLD YOU THINGS AND REALLY AN ANNOYANCE, UGLY PEOPLE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, BECAUSE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS THERE IS NOBODY IN RECEPTION AT NIGHT I MEAN THEY LEAVE YOU THERE ALONE.
I	IVONNE HERNÁNDEZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, comodo y centrico. El unico detalle es que tienen tema del drenaje y hay un fuerte olor en algunas habitaciones. Good service, comfortable and central. The only detail is that they have a drainage issue and there is a strong smell in some rooms.

Las camas están muy bien, no tiene sistema de cable, el baño está limpio y bonito. Es Pet friendly!!!! Very friendly upon arrival. It looks comfortable. I play on the side of the road only and it doesn't have good insulation against noise. The beds are very good, it has no cable system, the bathroom is clean and beautiful. It is Pet friendly !!!!

The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious, the parking is inside so the cars are protected, the staff was very friendly at all times.

Sin quejas de ruido y las camas muy cómodas. La alberca excelente. Precio calidad excelente. El aire acondicionado nunca nos falló. Aunque sin el aire acondicionado tampoco hace demasiado calor en la habitación. Estaría bien que hubiera más conexiones a la mano para cargar celulares y unas sillas en las terrazas. También mejorar un poco el servicio de internet. El estacionamiento y la entrada muy grandes y accesibles. Excellent service, the receptionist very friendly and attentive to our needs. The room very spacious and clean. No noise complaints and very comfortable beds. The excellent pool. Excellent quality price. The air conditioning never failed us. Although without the air conditioning it is not too hot in the room either. It would be nice if there were more connections at hand to charge cell phones and some chairs on the terraces. Also improve a little internet service. Parking and entrance very large and accessible.
