★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrazas es un fraccionamiento privado nuevo. Se encuentra sobre Prolongacion calzada de guadalupe, sobre la nueva carretera a zona industrial. Ya hay gente habitando, también hay casas en construcción y terrenos sin construcción. Tiene muy buen servicio de seguridad, vigilancia las 24 hs. Cuenta con una alberca, un área techada abierta con baños al lado de la alberca, cancha de basquetból. Todas las manzanas están conectadas por escaleras. El área verde es amplia y está bien cuidada. Las calles para circular son amplias.
 Terrazas is a new private subdivision. It is located on Prolongacion Calzada de Guadalupe, on the new highway to the industrial zone. There are already people living there, there are also houses under construction and land without construction. It has very good security service, 24 hour surveillance.
