I think the people who provide customer support lack training to know what they are selling and to give complete information to the customer. When asking for a quote, I was disappointed with the attention and preferred to go to another branch even if I stayed further away.

They do not respect the agreement they have with AVANTE.

The service was excellent, I asked days before about costs and times and the day I went, the service was as fast as possible and the service was very good.

Lousy customer service. They didn't give me my bill the same day, I had to go back several times until they gave it to me. The work that was done to the car was of poor quality. I bought new tires and they didn't do the alignment, I had to go back to tell them to do it. The alignment was not done correctly, I had to take the car to another place to have it aligned correctly. Due to misalignment, a tire was damaged and they did not honor the warranty I purchased. They do not have the necessary equipment and tools for the work they do. To avoid problems and headaches, better take your cars to another place.

I don't give less stars because it's impossible, but the truth is that they have a lousy treatment and worse service. Buy 4 tires at walmart online and they have an agreement with Avante to place your tires "free" in one of the branches with which they have an agreement, request that it be at this expo branch, call on Tuesday to make the appointment and they told me what service I needed, comment that only the assembly and they told me that they would call me back that they were very busy. Yesterday I called again, José kindly answered me and made me an appointment for today, but a few minutes later they contact me by whats app, saying that José was new, that if he was the one who had bought the tires at walmart they did not have space that another service wanted, to which I replied yes, depending on whether I wanted any other service, could I have an appointment or not? It's been 4 days and they never answered me and neither did this person who wanted to give me his name. Terrible total attention if you do not require another service they prefer not to attend you, in the end the client is not to blame for their agreements or that they do not suit them, I would not recommend it at all, there is so much competition and the gentlemen choose who to attend PLEASE !!!! AND DO NOT ASK ME TO CONTACT YOU TO KNOW MORE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED!!!!! TAKE CARE OF YOUR HUMAN MATERIAL THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE EXTREMELY MEDIOCARE How strange that they say they do not have an agreement if the documents say otherwise. Apart from mediocre liars!!!!!!!!
