★ ★ ★ ★ ★ su atención al cliente es pésima, no saben solucionar dudas por ninguna vía de comunicación!!! no actualizan el sistema y hasta para responder un correo lo hacen mal, parece que no leen lo que se solicita y solo responden que queda uno registrado pero no solucionan las dudas de los clientes
their customer service is terrible, they don't know how to solve doubts by any means of communication !!! They do not update the system and even to answer an email they do it wrong, it seems that they do not read what is requested and only respond that one is registered but they do not solve the doubts of the clients
