★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente muy amable pero luego no entregan en el tiempo prometido, me citaron en otro horario y aún así tuve que esperar más de una hora para que por fin la entregaran - la portada terrible, tinta corrida, los escudos de la escuela parecen manchas, en algunos ejemplares ni siquiera se entiende el texto. La calidad de impresión de las páginas es media. Prometieron esquineros de regalo y durante la entrega me dijeron que tenían costó aparte si quería que los pusieran. Pague con tarjeta y esa misma tarde me informaron que mi tarjeta había sido clonada, no me confirmaron que haya sido ahí pero honestamente no lo dudaría. Aguas.

Hicieron lo que quisieron, no entregaron me imprimieron en el tamaño que pedí, no mandaron nunca la factura, no me entregaron el trabajo completo y me cambiaron la cotización por teléfono. Tuve que ir 5 veces para poder obtener mi factura. En Copilco hay muchos lugares de mejor calidad en servicio y por el mismo precio. En la Plaza de Santo Domingo mucho más. Las impresiones pueden salir hasta en 50% menos con igual calidad. No vayan a este lugar.
Nefarious, unfulfilled and dishonest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La impresión es muy buena; las imágenes se veían geniales y el empastado es de calidad.
Pero, no me entregaron las tesis en tiempo y no me pusieron el logo de la UNAM en la pasta de atrás, como me habían dicho que lo iban a hacer.
El disco solo tiene un papel pegado en lugar de estar grabado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arruinaron la portada de mi tesis cambiando el sexo del director de tesis, cuando les reclamé sólo quisieron hacerse responsables de tred ejemplares, les dije que necesitaba por lo menos dos ejenolares más y me los querían cibrar en 600. Olvidaron agregar los agradecimientos y el disco no venía como lo solicité. Hoy vine por ellas, sólo tres ejemplares, me citaron a las seis y me tienen esperando 40 mn. Difinitivamente un pésimo servicio.
They ruined the cover of my thesis by changing the sex of the thesis director, when I claimed they only wanted to take responsibility for tred copies, I told them that I needed at least two more ejenolares and they wanted to change them to 600. No entregan al día siguiente, como dicen; llamaron diez minutos antes de la hora acordada para decirme que no las iban a poder entregar que regresara al día siguiente.
Imprimieron en el papel que se les dio la gana, yo solicité blanco e imprimieron en amarillo, dijeron que me entregarían 3 carteras para disco y sólo tenían dos, cuando solicite el tercero me dijeron que me descontaban 50 pesos pero que no me lo entregarían; que si quería que lo entregaran tardarían dos días para hacerlo. Y finalmente, cuando la persona que me atendió “Adrian” dio la cara se limitó a decirme que había garantía en los trabajos; pero, para que quiero una garantía en un trabajo que era urgente? Para que tarden dos días más en hacerlo y mal.
Mientras esperaba a que entregaran los trabajos otro chico estaba esperando le dieran respuesta sobre su trabajo, le dijeron que “aún no lo tenían” que regresara el lunes. El chico tuvo que cancelar a su asesor para poder recoger el trabajo el día que ellos pedían.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerar que no es impresión láser, por lo que por el mismo costo, pudiera haber mejores opciones. La tinta dorada del grabado se borra y hay detalles en el acabado de algunos ejemplares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio es fatal! Me entregaron dos horas tarde, tuve que cancelar a mi tutora que me estaba esperando para firmarme y no pude terminar mi tramite en el tiempo previsto.
Lo peor de todo es que el trabajo esta muy mal. Las fotos nada tienen que ver con las orginales, se ven amarillas, las hojas estan llenas de machitas por todos lados algunas sobre la letras y se ve de muy mala calidad. Las letras de las portadas estan super mal hechas algunas no se distinguen las letras y lo peor de todo ni si quiera estaban bien pegadas.
Les reclame y me dijeron que lo revisarian para volver a imprimir, me negué por que no tengo tiempo de hacer eso y me devolvieron 150 que voy a usar en llevarlas a algun lugar en donde me las arreglen.
No hagan sus tesis ahí es una gran decepción!!!!!
