★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente un muy mal trabajo. Fui a empastar ahí por recomendación, lo llevé un martes y me dijeron que lo tenían al día siguiente, fui por el hasta el sábado y todavía no lo terminaban. Mal empastado, sucio y maltratado. Me lo entregaron con mi trabajo lleno de pegamento por dentro. Se pueden sentir bolas de pegamento por dentro del empastado.
MUY MAL TRABAJO. Ni una estrella se merecen.
Really a very bad job. I went there to empave on recommendation, I took it on a Tuesday and they told me that they had it the next day, I went for it until Saturday and they still did not finish it. Badly bound, dirty and mistreated. They gave it to me with my work full of glue inside. You can feel balls of glue inside the paste.
VERY BAD WORK. Not one star they deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio es el más bajo de la zona pero la calidad es regular. Mis tomos en la portada tenían manchas y cortes ligeros verticales en las palabras. La presentación de los CDs no me gustó. La etiqueta que le pegaron con mis datos no estaba bien centrada ni adherida. A pesar de ir un día después de lo acordado a recogerlos apenas estaban terminando los CDs. El trato si fue muy amable.
The price is the lowest in the area but the quality is fair. My volumes on the cover had slight vertical stains and cuts in the words. I did not like the presentation of the CDs. The label that they stuck with my data was not well centered or attached. Despite going a day after the agreement to pick them up, they were just finishing the CDs. The treatment was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal fue muy amable y resolvieron todas mis dudas acerca del precio y tipos de tesis. En cuanto al precio -calidad, estoy bastante satisfecha (es el más barato de la zona), además me lo entregaron a los dos días.
Lo recomiendo mucho si no quieres gastar más allá de lo básico y tus expectativas no son tan minuciosas y altas; de ser así, tal vez otro lugar te acomode mejor.
The staff was very friendly and they answered all my questions about the price and types of thesis. As for the price-quality, I am quite satisfied (it is the cheapest in the area), they also delivered it to me after two days.
I highly recommend it if you don't want to spend beyond the basics and your expectations aren't that scrutinized and high; if so, maybe another place will suit you better.
