Súper amables, queríamos ver los coches y no había asesores y el guardia muy amablemente nos permitió pasar y nos mostró los autos

Me gusta el concepto de los autos eléctricos, y me da más gusto que Tesla haya llegado a Mérida, que la empresa decidiera poner una concesionaria antes que en otras ciudades más grandes como Monterrey o Puebla. Se ven bonitas las instalaciones, antes ahí estaba Cadillac pero se pasaron en frente. Ya espero el día de la inauguración.
I like the concept of electric cars, and I am more pleased that Tesla has arrived in Mérida, that the company decided to open a dealership before other larger cities such as Monterrey or Puebla. Es la tercera vez que regresa mi auto Tesla Model 3 2022 Dual Motor a la agencia por el mismo problema de la ventana que no sube por completo. y la puerta permanece abierta. Lo mas molesto e incomodo es la alarma que no deja de sonar durante un periodo muy largo. La primera vez que fallo fue a los 3 días de haberlo recibido y demostro segun los tecnicos de la agencia de Merida, que lo iban a corregir, 2 dias despues , me lo entregaron y en el trayecto de la agencia al lugar de trabajo se presenta de nuevo el mismo problema. Al llegar a la oficina me comunique a la agencia y les manifeste mi incoformidad que no queria mas el vehiculo por que si segun la garantía es de 8 años cuando uno adquiere un vehiculo no es para ir al 4to dia de haber cubierto en su totalidad el costo, cosa que se hizo anticipadamente a la entrega del vehiculo. Pedi en aquella ocasion la devolucion del dinero o el cambio de la unidad lo cual lo escalaron a Mexico, me hablo una persona que segun tenia la facultad de hacer cualquiera de las 2 anteriores posibilidades que le diera tiempo de resolver. Pasados los 10 minutos me marco de nuevo y reitero su compromiso que me iba a enviar por escrito su compromiso de que el problema se resolveria. El correo nunca llego y menciono que le diera una ultima oportunidad por que segun ahora el fallo era de la computadora principal y que yo accediera a conservar el vehiculo que el problema no se presentaria. Por lo que tengo a bien considerar fue un engaño ya que me hablaron para ir por el vehiculo, me fue devuelto y asi lo tuve durante 3 meses. Oh sorpresa!!... el dia 2 de abril 2022, volvio el mismo problema, a lo cual acudi a la agencia y permanecio el vehiculo en la puerta cargandose para que el lunes 4 de abril se los entregara y trataran de corregir el problema. Hice la entrega y recogi todo lo de uso personal y comente que lo minimo que tenia a bien considerar era que me presten un vehiculo provisional, el cual se habian comprometido a entregarme el viernes 2, para que yo pudiera hacer mis diligencias en lo que resuelven el problema. El dia 4 no hubo coche DEMO para que me presten, y por el contrario me sugirieron pedirme un uber, y manifeste mi inconformidad por que dias anteriores comentaron que me iban a prestar uno. Me resulto muy incomodo que alguien de ellos tuvo que acercarme con mi propio auto a mi lugar de trabajo. Dias despues me informan que tienen que remplazarle una pieza y que el vehiculo que sigue en la agencia va estar por 20 dias mas que posiblemente llegue la pieza. Por lo cual recurro a la cantidad de mentiras que me dijeron por "La gerente" de la plaza manifestandole mi inconformidad por lo ocurrido y el mal rato que me hicieron pasar. y me comento que no hay ningun proceso que los obligue a dichos compromisos de los que fui objeto, ya que ni llego el correo ni tampoco me brindaron una solucion que amerite el mal rato que estoy pasando por tener un vehiculo excesivamente caro con una deficiente y falta de empatia con el cliente. Como bien se dice "lo importante no es la marca si no el servicio postventa" Por lo que mucho han pasado. Pongo mi experiencia a su consideracion si esta pensando en adquirir uno de estos vehiculos. MAL, MAL SERVICIO POSTVENTA
This is the third time that my Tesla Model 3 2022 Dual Motor car has been returned to the dealer for the same problem with the window not going all the way up. and the door remains open. The most annoying and uncomfortable thing is the alarm that does not stop ringing for a very long period. The first time it failed was 3 days after receiving it and it showed, according to the technicians of the Merida agency, that they were going to correct it, 2 days later, they delivered it to me and on the way from the agency to the workplace it appeared again the same problem. When I arrived at the office, I contacted the agency and expressed my disagreement that I no longer wanted the vehicle because if according to the guarantee it is 8 years when one acquires a vehicle, it is not to go on the 4th day of having fully covered the cost, which was done in advance of the delivery of the vehicle. On that occasion I asked for the return of the money or the change of the unit, which was escalated to Mexico, a person spoke to me who, according to what he had the power to do, any of the 2 previous possibilities that would give him time to resolve. After 10 minutes, he dialed me again and reiterated his commitment that he would send me his commitment in writing that the problem would be resolved. The mail never arrived and he mentioned that he should give it one last chance because according to now the failure was from the main computer and that I agreed to keep the vehicle so that the problem would not arise. From what I have to consider it was a deception since they told me to go for the vehicle, it was returned to me and I had it that way for 3 months. Oh surprise !!... on April 2, 2022, the same problem returned, to which I went to the agency and the vehicle remained at the door, charging so that on Monday, April 4, they would deliver them and they would try to correct the problem . I made the delivery and collected everything for personal use and commented that the least I wanted to consider was that they lend me a provisional vehicle, which they had promised to deliver to me on Friday the 2nd, so that I could do my errands in what they resolve the problem. On day 4 there was no DEMO car to lend me, and on the contrary they suggested asking me for an uber, and I expressed my disagreement because previous days they commented that they were going to lend me one. I found it very uncomfortable that one of them had to bring me to my place of work with my own car. Days later they inform me that they have to replace a part and that the vehicle that is still in the agency will be for 20 days more than the part possibly arrives. For which I resort to the number of lies told me by "The manager" of the square expressing my disagreement about what happened and the bad time they made me go through. and he told me that there is no process that forces them to comply with said commitments to which I was subject, since the mail did not arrive nor did they provide me with a solution that merits the bad time I am going through for having an excessively expensive vehicle with a deficient and lack of empathy with the client. As it is well said "the important thing is not the brand but the after-sales service" For what a lot has happened. I put my experience to your consideration if you are thinking of purchasing one of these vehicles. BAD, BAD AFTER-SALES SERVICE
