★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, traje documentos solicitados en la página y me dijeron que me hacían falta más copias, dijeron no poder sacarlas ahí y te mandan súper lejos por ellas, debes volverte a formar para que después el policía te diga que a ver si te atienden porque las citas son cerradas *consejo traigan un montón de copias de todo*
 Terrible attention, I brought documents requested on the page and they told me that I needed more copies, they said they could not get them there and they send you super far for them, you must train again so that later the police tell you that to see if they attend you because appointments are closed * advice bring a lot of copies of everything *

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rápido el servicio ,lastima de la actitud de la señorita Wendy ,no saluda muy grosera para las dudas que uno tiene , pero eso sí está vendiendo sus aguas y tortas con el policía que está con ellas , lastima ,la verdad debería cambiar de actitud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible el lugar una experiencia muy molesta llegué alas 10am para formarme y solo me dieron el formato para pagar luego fui a pagar al Walmart 20 minutos más y tuve q formarme otravez 50 min solo para q me imprimieran mi constancia de no inhabilitación pq pasaban gente q ya tenía cita para otros trámites y solo dos personas para atender y la otra sentada haciendo otras cosas y solo para rematar querían cobrame carisimo el estacionamiento pq si se hacen trámites en ese kiosco no aplica el descuento para estacionarse ahí
Ay les encargo pq tanto tiempo si para imprimír tardaron 1 minuto
The place is terrible, a very annoying experience. I arrived at 10am to get in line and they only gave me the form to pay. Then I went to pay at Walmart for 20 more minutes and I had to get in line again for 50 minutes just to have them print my certificate of non-disqualification because people passed by. I already had an appointment for other procedures and only two people to attend and the other sitting down doing other things and just to top it off they wanted to charge me dearly for parking because if you do procedures at that kiosk the discount does not apply to park there
Oh I order them because it took so long to print it took 1 minute

Good attention for simple procedures. Overdue payments is in the tributary, for this sector it is by the Forest of Aragon or by Tepeyac. The police also help to clarify doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mi sorpresa, tuve una muy buena atención de las trabajadoras que me atendieron.
Yo fui en sábado y en quincena a sacar 2 actas de nacimiento y mi renovación de licencia.
Todo fue súper rápido, no había gente y la atención siempre fue muy amable.
Te recomiendo que si vas a sacar actas de nacimiento, ya lleves una que tengas viejita para que la puedan buscar con esos datos y así no te cobren por buscarla (eso es lo que he leído) y para la renovación checa muy bien los documentos que tienes que llevar, ya que en mi caso me pidieron copias las cuales no mencionan en la página web de c movil y tuve que ir hasta el Home Depot.
De ahí en fuera muy amables todos y muy rápido.
Como tip también lleva tus pagos ya realizados con tu ticket de pago (si puedes mejor paga con efectivo o tarjeta de débito) para que te ahorres el tener que ir a pagar a caja.
To my surprise, I had very good attention from the workers who attended me.
I went on a Saturday and a fortnight to get 2 birth certificates and my license renewal.
Everything was super fast, there were no people and the attention was always very friendly.
I recommend that if you are going to get birth certificates, you already have one that you have old so that they can look for it with that information and thus they do not charge you for looking for it (that is what I have read) and for the renewal, check very well the documents that you have to bring, since in my case they asked me for copies which are not mentioned on the c movil website and I had to go to the Home Depot.
From then on everyone was very friendly and very fast.
As a tip, also take your payments already made with your payment ticket (if you can, it is better to pay with cash or debit card) so that you save yourself having to go to the cashier to pay.
