★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una estancia muy agradable muy cerca del centro al cual se puede ir caminando (aunque la subida es pesada). Tiene comodidades desde una pequeña alberca hasta una pequeña sala para hacer convivios.
It is a very pleasant stay very close to the center to which you can walk (although the climb is heavy). It has amenities from a small pool to a small room for living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para ir en pareja y disfrutar de un buen fin de semana, las habitaciones son hermosas, muy cómodas y limpias , el hotel está muy cerca del centro de Tepoztlán y los masajes que brindan son extraordinarios, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aqui, es super recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy bonito, muy limpio y super bien ubicado. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Lo único que podría mejorarse es que el agua de la alberca tenga clima o de menos tenga calentador ya que es sumamente fría.
The place is very nice, very clean and super well located. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The only thing that could be improved is that the water in the pool has climate or less has a heater since it is extremely cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables y atentos, pero en Airbnb señalaba que estaba a dos cuadras del centro.. Y esta a 5... Pero con una subida muy pronunciada... Llegas caminando después de 11 minutos... La alberca no se calienta por lo que si no hace demasiado calor esta de adorno... Y esta en una calle demasiado transitada y con mucho ruido a todas horas, y la cama es super ruidosa, por lo que cualquier movimiento puede despertar a tu pareja... Solo ojo con esos temas, el resto está bien... Aunque no repetiría el quedarme ahí.
Very friendly and attentive, but Airbnb indicated that it was two blocks from the center .. And it is 5 ... But with a very steep climb ... You arrive walking after 11 minutes ... The pool does not heat up at least that if it is not too hot it is an ornament ... And it is in a street that is too busy and with a lot of noise at all hours, and the bed is super noisy, so any movement can wake up your partner ... Just watch out for those issues, the rest is fine ... Although I would not repeat staying there.
