★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tessi sold me a house and wrote the agreement wrong, costing me $16,000. When I moved into the house I was told everything worked. The roof leaked for 6 months, I had no water for 1 month, no hot water for 6 weeks. I had to stay in a hotel and lost $3,000 worth of food because she did not pay the old electricity bill. I had to stay in a hotel, many of my belongings were damaged by the flooding from the roof, and she did not help at all. I would not recommend her or Raul Saldaña. They are both scammers and should not be allowed to do what they do. Made a lot of promises and never delivered.
