I went to Texas dental clinic, for dental implants. Very professional and fast ,all staff are very helpful and friendly, I would recommend this clinic to my family and friends ,change my life I got my smile back!

This is a review of my dental restoration by Dr Karen Perales of the Texas Dental Clinic in Nuevo Progreso, Tamaulipas. After reviewing several of the dental clinics in Nuevo Progreso, I contacted a few thru their websites several months before I intended to travel. Within a half hour Dr Perales called me and we had a good discussion of my dental situation and the restoration process. I made an appointment with her over the phone. My wife decided to have her teeth cleaned and whitened at the same time. At the initial appointment my wife was first. Dr Perales, not a dental hygienist, cleaned her teeth and did the whitening process. She was very pleased with the outcome. Before going any further, I need to mention that crossing the border with enhanced driver's licenses was a breeze. We didn't have our passports. Also, we felt completely safe in Nuevo Progreso. We stayed on the main street and had no problems. My wife browsed shops and lunched at a restaurant alone while I was in the dental chair and had no issues. After an examination of my mouth, Dr Perales said that I needed 28 crowns, which I already knew. Then she described the options. I selected the option best for me and she set me up for an appointment the next day. My experience was very good. I had 28 teeth ground down and needed 2 root canals. Surprisingly this all was accomplished in 6 hours. Dr Perales specializes in dental restoration and I was impressed with her skill and professionalism. She doesn't do root canals so she contacted another specialist. He came to her clinic, so I didn't have to go anywhere. After all was finished, the 2-week temporaries were put in and I was done. Came back for the permanents and Dr Perales took great care to make sure everything fit correctly. Then she gave me a mirror and I was astounded. The new teeth were beautiful. It's been a week and I am very pleased with the outcome. After living with ugly teeth for years, I'm loving my new smile. Without question I would recommend Texas Dental Clinic to anyone seeking quality dental restoration. The added benefit for me was a bill that was a fraction of the same work in the states

Dr. Perales is the best dentist I have ever been to. Coming from someone who is terrified of dental work and have been in pain my whole life, she’s awesome! I wish I had gone to her way sooner!

Do not get only opinion from here before getting major work done!!! Staff was very rude like i bothered them coming in needing a dentist. Even watched a soccer game on phone jumping when the team scored while we were in the back. The staff was not professional whatso ever and so unfriendly it was borderline RUDE!!! Went to another dentist for second price and was told why in the world was she going to pull good teeth with strong roots to put all on 4 dental implants?! Got to keep remaining teeth with zirconia crowns and only individual implants in the back!!! I had already paid them over $500 for my impressions, x-rays and temporary teeth. Would rather waste that $500 than go back to someone more worried about money than what was right for the patient!!!!

I did alot of research before choosing Texas Dental Clinic, the reviews were far better then other dentists that I was considering. I reached out on messenger regarding my consultation and Dr. Karen answered all of my questions (and I had alot) about procedures and costs. I wasn't going to make a decision until I visited the facility and the staff. Peggy scheduled my appointment and was accommodating, being we were coming from Ft. Worth. When we arrived we were taken back quickly to see Dr. Karen, she was so professional and made me feel so comfortable, I scheduled my appt. for the next month to have the All on 4 procedure, knowing exactly what to expect I had my procedure. I could not have made a better decision, I chose to have IV Sedation and I had zero pain after the procedure and now have a beautiful smile!!! I highly recommend Dr. Karen and Texas Dental Clinic.

This is an amazing professional dentistry in Nuevo Progresso just across the border. I researched so many dentistry’s in the area but Karen was the most professional and personable one that I liked. She called me, reviewed all my photos and sent me all my options of perfecting my perfect smile. Karen wanted to make sure I had the perfect smile, and I truly believe I do. I received 8 top veneers, and a gum shaving to have a full complete smile. Everyone in the clinic was nice and the place was squeaky clean! I would highly recommend Karen and her work if you are looking for a new smile.

I have had dental issues all my life. So, I have seen dentists for nearly 4 decades. It is understated to say this is the best. My provider was Dr. Perales. I needed 5 implants and 6 crowns. She is attentive to details and patient to explain all the details of the treatments. From the crowns to the implants, it’s a complete oral transformation for me. More importantly, the price is within budget! ?! I travelled from Maryland, USA to Progreso for this treatment and have been back multiple times! Honestly, I am happy with the treatment I received. Majority of patients (97%) in the clinic on any given day are Americans! It took Google review for me to find out about this clinic. I am not disappointed ☹️, at all and have recommended it to my friends as well.

My third visit with Texas Dental. My Doctor is Dr Perales. Dr Perales is a very professional, skilled, and respectful Dentist! I received implants, and crowns in one day, and a whole lot less money than some other dental offices wanted to charge me for the same work. The staff, and office Manager Peggy are all friendly, kind, respectful, and ed me as family. Yes it's across the border, but I have not experienced any difficulty with any of visits, and service. The staff, and office, with modern equipment are clean, well maintained and really good customer service!
