Texas Roadhouse Mérida Montejo - 97280 Xcanatún

Great place for an expat to escape where rice and beans are not a part of every dish. Service is good, environment is fun and lively (again, finally!). Bathrooms are clean and stocked, food quality and selection is excellent. There are two locations in Merida... one in the north part of town, the other just outside the periferico by Caucel.

Just like Texas Roadhouse at home if you're in Merida and want to Taste something familiar this is it. They are doing a great job reproducing the Texas Roadhouse experience. Food five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The wait was not so great The labor utilization is very poor at this facility to the point of over saturation... lots of Texas Roadhouse t-shirts standing around waiting to do a line dance and not much else in between with a full house and people outside waiting in line. We sat at the bar and did not have to wait more than ten minutes to be seated but we counted 8 or 9 people behind the bar doing alot of avoiding doing something productive.....red shirt I assume is a manager of some kind was too busy following closely and giggling with a waitress to even notice there were customers in the restaurant. Turning tables faster and reducing labor would result in a better customer experience. 9 people within 3 meters of us and it was 30 minutes before the food order was sent to the kitchen. Not flipping many tables doing that.

Good service and cool for some meaty meal, good country music vibe. Service is fast. Good portions. Side plates are great. You also get to see the cowboy dance from the waiters. Can get full.

Very good service. Received complimentary cup of chili for an appetizer. Manager came to our table to ask, if everything was satisfactory. The serving sizes were more than adequate. For the money, you will be satisfied.

Excellent service. Love their food. Great dancers and a friendly mascot. Place is nicely decorated with plenty of sports playing on the TVs. Free salty nuts on the way out used to be crispy and fresh. More like rubber nuts lately. Please discard those old nuts and bring new ones. Everything else is top notch.

Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. From the incomparable bread basket served with honey nut butter to the sinfully delightful brownies chock full of chocolate, this restaurant rates eleven out of ten. The New York Strip Steak and the BBQ Ribs were both outstanding. But other plates such as the Chicken Steak Smothered in Gravy are also done to perfection. The service is exceptionally attentive, given the very packed restaurant. Packed to maximum on the weekends.

Loved the Texas Roadhouse here in Merida especially coming from Dubai it's a no comparison in price and menu to what we have In a great way. Food was great and location is very easily reachable by the main road with plenty of parking on the spot. The service is great and staff are really kind and nice. We truly enjoyed our experience.

Amazing Place, We really felt like in Texas. Own parking ??, good food(not the best but If you love American traditional food it’s ok), fair price, excellent service. (Good ambience and atmosphere if you enjoy sports mood it the perfect place) *I recommend do a reservation I order to avoid waiting more than 30 min.
