★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si lo comparas con los otros servicios que te llevan a Texcoco esta es la mejor opción, las unidades están limpias, la terminal esta en buenas condiciones, en general las personas que te atienden son muy amables y educadas incluyendo choferes, personal de seguridad, etcétera... Además aplican descuentos en los viajes de Texcoco plus a estudiantes durante periodos vacacionales y durante el periodo escolar también te hacen descuento en el servicio económico si presentas una identificación que acredite que eres estudiante

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta horrible el servicio no hay horarios de salida a texcoco y hay muchísima gente confundida. Además los policías no te ayudan y si le preguntas a cualquiera te dicen "no sé". Estaban mejor organizados antes de ser ADO

La unidad con número económico 3144 con placas en color blanco para no poder visualizarlas manejada a exceso de velocidad se comportó de manera irresponsable al aproximarse en varias ocasiones para quitarme del carril de alta.
Supongo que cuentan con un límite de velocidad el cual no respetan
Entrando a texcoco hicimos parada en el semáforo del cual descendieron tres pasajeros para lanzarme piedras el chofer lo único que hizo fue mentarme la madre cuando le advertí que lo reportaría.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo rescatable es que son la "mejor" opción para viajar a Texcoco pero siempre hay retrasos en sus horarios... Lo gracioso es que me ha tocado que tengo un boleto para Texcoco vía puente a las 6:15 pm y sale primero el de Texcoco puente de 6:30 pm... Lo cual deja ver su falta de coordinación ya que es ilógico que las personas que compran su boleto antes... Salgan hasta después. Y algo muy importante es que cada vez hay menos seguridad al abordar... Aveces ni si quiera hay nadie que revise las mochilas y a las personas prácticamente solo las tocan por tocar sin revisar como debería ser. Sólo espero que no vuelvan a aumentar sus tarifas porque aunque sus unidades están "bien", su servicio y seguridad deja mucho que desear.
