★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si realizas una compra en línea y viene dañado el producto prepárate para perder tu tiempo y dinero. Nunca contestan tus dudas y todavía de que te llega un producto dañado tu tienes que pagar el envío para poder regresarlo.
El seguimiento de mi caso pasó por varias personas y pedían una y otra vez evidencia de las mismas cosas.
La encargada me levantó falsos para poder librarse del problema y me habló muy prepotente , al darse cuenta cuenta que estaba un “error” pidió disculpas y cambió su tono de voz.
Y como lo mencioné anteriormente se pierde mucho tiempo ya que tendré que ir a la PROFECO a ver en que me pueden ayudar porque no se me hace nada justo regalar $3000 pesos de envío por un error de ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepárate al recibir un exelente y amable servicio para que después te atiendan de la peor manera, acudí a su sucursal para la compra segura de una máquina y al decidirme por una me dijeron que regresará a las 4:30pm para poder realizar la compra, cuando yo llegue desde la 1:40pm le expliqué que no era de ahí que iba desde Salamanca y no le importo solo me dijo ahorita no puedo, al parecer no les importa en lo más mínimo sus clientes.
Al final mi viaje fue una total perdida de tiempo.
Espero y sus superiores hagan algo al respecto no es posible que echen así a sus clientes.
