Que triste la mala experiencia para ser la primera vez que llamo, estoy consciente que talvez no todos son asi.
Call to request reports and literally the guy who attended me first was friendly, but it happened to me with the sales person who was super rude almost yelled at me.
How sad the bad experience to be the first time I call, I am aware that perhaps not everyone is like that.

La señora que recibe a la gente es muy grosera y parece que su trabajo es apartar clientes.
El encargado de recibir las observaciones de diseño, es prepotente y hace lo que él quiere. Me cambiaron las medidas del logo que les pedí y al recibir las camisas y hacerles la observación, por demás obvia esta persona literalmente me ignoró, no le importó su error a lo que argumentó "Lo cambié porque tiene que ser mas grande el logo" a pesar de que estaban las dimensiones acordadas y anotadas en la nota d remisión.
Al parecer es el dueño imagínense.
No lo recomiendo este lugar.
Le puse una estrella porque el sistema ocupa al menos una, pero créanme, no debe tener una sola.
Y al intentar hacer la observación en Facebook, me bloquean, es increible como trabajan con maldad y saben que hacen mal a los demás y no les interesa dar la cara.

The person in charge of receiving design comments is arrogant and does what he wants. I do not recommend this place.
I put a star on it because the system ranks at least one, but trust me, it shouldn't have just one.
And when I try to make the observation on Facebook, they block me, it is incredible how they work with evil and they know that they do bad to others and they are not interested in showing their faces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Debí haber leído los comentarios antes de ir ya que me hubieran sido útiles y no invertir en ese negocios. La señora, evidentemente de la tercera edad, creo que ya no tiene un filtro de amabilidad y respeto. Se dirige despectivamente a los clientes, con un tono prepotente y como si te hicieran un favor. Por si fuera poco, cobran un porcentaje realmente alto del 15% por pagar con tarjeta. Los materiales que venden, deja mucho que desear. No lo recomiendo ni para que se den a una vuelta a ver las prendas que tiene en venta porque les gritará “va a comprar o no? Si no para que no me haga buscar”, a si me pasó el día de hoy.

The lady, obviously elderly, I think she no longer has a filter of kindness and respect. He addresses clients contemptuously, with an arrogant tone and as if they were doing you a favor.
