★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podría ser el mejor Hotel-Motel de León, y de la región. El lugar es un excelente concepto y muy lindos detalles arquitectónicos. Nos encanto!
Pero parece que solo fue un tema de fuerte inversión, y que ahora el dueño ya no supervisa.
Existen muchos descuidos de limpieza, o eso nos tocó.
De inmediato encontramos una botella de agua abierta, que no era nuestra por supuesto, al igual que una botellita de burbujas abierta. El sillón, al igual que la cabecera de cama y otros muebles, tenía suciedad a las orillas o en los bordes, visible. La taza de baño sucia. Y cuando encendimos el jacuzzi, el agua olía muy feo.
Al despertar (llegamos de noche y nos quedamos toda la noche) pudimos observar que el agua al rededor de los palafitos estaba enlamada, con cubetas y otras cosas dentro.
Necesitan retomar la limpieza a detalle.
 It could be the best Hotel-Motel in León, and in the region. The place is an excellent concept and very nice architectural details. We loved it!

There are many cleaning oversights, or so it was our turn.
We immediately found an open bottle of water, which was not ours of course, as well as an open bottle of bubbles. The chair, like the headboard and other furniture, had dirt on the edges or edges, visible. The dirty toilet bowl. And when we turned on the hot tub, the water smelled really bad.
When we woke up (we arrived at night and stayed all night) we could see that the water around the stilt houses was on fire, with buckets and other things inside.
They need to go back to cleaning in detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para pasar momentos románticos y de placer, la comida muy buena. Solo revisen bien la bomba del jakuzzi que estén cerradas antes de que el huésped lo encienda.
Excellent place to spend romantic and pleasure moments, very good food. Just check the jakuzzi pump that they are closed before the guest turns it on.

Nice decoration and everything, but I entrust them with cleaning the rooms, the Jacuzzi all slippery, in the bathroom there was no paper... they never took it. Oh and give it maintenance. That river smells super ugly. I don't come back
