★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one time I went for Thai massage it was good, however another time I called to book and they never called me back. Then today I had a reservation and when I arrived 20 minutes prior the receptionist told me the masseuse couldn't make it. Not really the level of customer service I expect from a place that touts itself as the "#1 spa for expats" in CDMX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disappointing experience. I walked to the location after work and hoped to book a treatment. I specifically chose the location as it looked professional and was "Expat Friendly", and incorrectly I assumed they would speak English. When I arrived I asked the receptionist if I could speak English. The response, "No", which made booking a session impossible. Maybe one day my Spanish will be sufficient and I can return.
The only highlights for the attempt was a good walk to and from the location, and stopping at Sonora Grill on way home for dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't let the entrance facade fool you into believing this is a dump or a sex shop. On the contrary, this massage center is beautifully decorated on the inside and quite relaxing, tranquil, and clean. The masseuses were good but could have been a bit better. They offer traditional Thai massage (for those who love pain ☺️) or relaxing swedish massages. Single and couples massages are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent owner. I booked my reservation with the corporate supplier a week in advance and received a confirmation for the reservation and confirmed with customer service my reservation. I arrived 15 min before my reservation at 7pm and the owner tells me that the there is no reservation in the system and there was a mistake, she didn’t provide any explanation or solution and basically said it wasn’t her problem. I would not recommend this to anyone, specially since they provide services to international companies. They have had many people go through the same experience as me.
Total lack of ownership and disrespect. Definitely not coming back and reporting it to the purchasing department in my company to exclude them from the list of providers for corporate benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great decoration and facilities. They have multiple massage rooms, comfortable and private. They have a temazcal in the background, very recommended. The only issue I had was they leave me so much time at the lobby. But at least the lobby is pretty.
The girls that gives the massages where professional.

Booked a Thai massage with the owner of the place but when arrived they’ve told us at the front desk that our service was not booked...the stuff was nice but they couldn’t help much.I tried to contact the owner of this salon through text and calls but she simply didn’t answer!!what a scam!!! The place is also old and dirty and not well maintained.You definitely don’t want to get your massage there!! Just go to Vitale a few miles away and enjoy a beautiful atmosphere!✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was always customer in this place. But today was my last drop of patients. Service change for horrible service. They doing appointments for u with prepayment or without, and then just told u , we forgot to put u , or even more : tried to tell u a lot of reason , but never excuse . After all they give me and my friend massage , but in the list the said 80 minutes, and they did 65.. they robbed 15 minutes. After all they always gave tea for clients, but last times they do everything for not give it , always they don’t have water or something else happened. When you told them about mistakes they never reacted, they just don’t care . Even their administrator don’t care . I am very disappointed and never will come back . U will just get stress in this spa .
