★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presenté el First Certificate el 14 de diciembre del 2019, hoy a enero de 2021 aún no lo recibo y nadie me contesta por correo, llamada o redes sociales. Me llegaron los resultados aprobatorios y nada más. Pésima atención. Nadie me puede ayudar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hable para solicitar la devolución de mi pago, ya que me indicaron que el curso iniciaría el 13 de enero de 7:45 pm a 9:45 de forma visual y ahora me indican que me espere hasta febrero de 7 a 9 de la mañana. Además nadie se a puesto en contacto, he sigo yo quien lleva más de 10 llamadas para solucionar mi situación, ya intenté hablar con Raquel Urrego o alguien responsable pero no me han querido atender.
Realicé mi queja con PROFECO y adicional solicite la devolución con mi banco por un servicio no prestado. Solo envío este mensaje para que tengan nota de las personas que están realizando mal su labor de atención a cliente y lamentablemente pensé que eran una institución de prestigió, si hoy me preguntan no daré buena referencia de la escuela. Pésimo servicio. Gracias
Terrible service, call to request a refund of my payment, since they told me that the course would start on January 13 from 7:45 pm to 9:45 visually and now they tell me to wait until February from 7 to 9 the morning.
