★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio y el lugar es muy agradable pero el corte de cabello dejó que desear, el peluquero que asignaron era nuevo o con poca experiencia.
Esperaba que hubieran dado shampoo, mejor si lo hacen en la estética de la colonia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 3 meses acudiendo a las barberias The Barber's Spa; estaba realmente encantado con el SERVICIO, pero hoy que probé una nueva sucursal y estuvo FATAL!
Desde que entre el sr. de la recepción te habla con unos modos muy groseros, sin tacto, ni cortecia. Desde que entró mi novia la observo con morbo y realmente es algo que nos incómodo.
El chavo que me corto el cabello es muy poco profesional, le dije como quería mi corte y mejor me mostró su celular para ver si me gustaba alguno de los modelos que tenía (perdón pero es una barbería no la estética que esta a la vuelta de la esquina donde el corte de caballero es de $80), el corte super básico, lo hizo con pura máquina, quería pedir manicure y no se pudo en el momento de mi corte por que no había ninguna Manicurista o Terapeuta... Hasta después de media hora de mi corte iban llegando y yo por tiempo no podía...
Realmente la diferencia que tienen en otras sucursales es brutal por que en otras son super amables, cortes, atentos incluso hasta te ofrecen producto!
Deberían tener mucho cuidado al personal que escojen para brindar este tipo de servicio por que ni para ofrecerme un vaso de agua se dignaron...
Definitivamente prefiero cruzar la ciudad para ir a la barberia donde me hacen sentir bien que ir a esta que esta mas cerca de mi pensando que sería la misma calidad que en otras.

Since mr. The receptionist speaks to you in very rude ways, without tact or courtesy. Since my girlfriend came in, I have observed her morbidly and it really is something that makes us uncomfortable.
The guy who cut my hair is very unprofessional, I told him how he wanted my haircut and he better showed me his cell phone to see if I liked any of the models he had (sorry but it's a barbershop, not the aesthetic that is around the corner where the men's cut is $ 80), the super basic cut, he did it with a pure machine, I wanted to ask for a manicure and it could not be done at the time of my cut because there was no Manicurist or Therapist ... Until after half an hour from my court was arriving and I could not for a long time ...
Really the difference they have in other branches is brutal because in others they are super friendly, courteous, attentive, they even offer you product!
They should be very careful with the staff they choose to provide this type of service because they did not even deign to offer me a glass of water ...
I definitely prefer to cross the city to go to the barbershop where they make me feel good than to go to this one that is closer to me thinking that it would be the same quality as in others.

Literal no me corto mas por que no le cabían los dedos ? y el corte lo pedí 100% con tijera.
Pero eso si, a la hora de pagar, atrás de mi para ver si dejaba propina.
El cuate que recibe pésima actitud.
Lo único rescatable son las niñas de
Masajes y pedicure.
Lo demás! Pésimo servicio. Cuando entenderemos que el servicio trae al cliente de vuelta ?

Tiene todas las medidas de higiene necesarias para que uno llegue a disfrutar del corte o el masaje.
