★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguien que haya hecho el curso y que me pueda decir que tal le fue despues, me refiero al ambito laboral, tuvieron mayor aceptacion por parte de los contratadores? en mi caso no tengo experiencia entonces es algo que me preocupa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tome dos cursos, uno de bartender profesional y el segundo en Mixología avanzada, del primero puedo decir que es bueno para personas que saben algo o tienen referencia de conocer el funcionamiento de un bar, te enseñan los tipos de destilados, cata, propiedades organolepticas y parte de su historia, coctelería clásica, un poco de administración, equipo de bar y su función, en general es básico, la persona que imparte el curso bastante preparada y amplio conocimiento de todos los temas que maneja, nunca duden en preguntar!. En el segundo bastante extenso, requiere conocimientos de por lo menos un año como bartender, he igualmente el personal que imparte tiene muy buena carrera en el ramo y son personas preparadas, aprendí bastante!, Pero, hay bastante carencia en equipo para aprovechar el curso al 100%, hablo de un espacio suficiente, equipo como estufas, ollas, coladores, cristalería, suministros, materia prima (que iban a comprar al momento), área de lavado. También por parte de uno de los que imparte el curso no llegaba a tiempo a clase y eso obviamente afecta tanto tu dinero y la calidad de la clase. En general al curso de mixologia avanzada le daría un 8 de 10.

Also on the part of one of those who teaches the course, he did not arrive on time to class and that obviously affects both your money and the quality of the class. Overall I would give the advanced mixology course an 8 out of 10.
