The Beach Tulum Hotel - 77780 Tulum

Amazing hotel right on the beach in Tulum. The villas are amazing with access straight onto the beach, where you have your own beach bed reserved. Much less crowded than some of the other hotels on the beach. Also a perfect location along the beach for shops and restaurants. Service was great, with food at Ziggy's and Frescos available for room service. Would highly recommend!

Our stay here was perfect to say the least. Room was beautifully designed, bathroom fully equipped, our suit had a 2nd floor with a jacuzzi - at night you can see ALL THE STARS! The staff are the most attentive, they’re positive, happy and just delighted to help in any way they can. Their spa is amazing, the beach is lovely. We ate at Ziggy and it was also awesome. Would absolutely stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best hotel in Tulum!! The hotel staff is so amazing.. with lots of smiles and wonderful quick service. The food at the hotel is for sure some of the best food you are going to have in Tulum! On our second stay here we rarely left - that’s how great the accommodations and food are at this hotel. That being said the hotel is in a fantastic location for getting around the beach, shopping and restaurants. The spa at the hotel is also wonderful and easily accessed. We have had our best massages in Tulum at this hotel. We have stayed in both the junior suite and the rooftop rooms. Both are great for their own amenities. Junior suite larger room, plunge pool and walk out directly to the beach. The rooftop rooms are second story and have a great rooftop above the room with great views. If you stay in a rooftop room for sure order their private romantic dinner and enjoy the wonderful view over amazing food and service. If you are traveling to Tulum do yourself a favor and stay here!

This place is a little slice of heaven. Not only is the beach and hotel lovely, but the staff made it extra special. Props to Aldo for being so sweet, and the Front Desk is a worthy concierge, be sure to tip them well, it's deserved! Bring cash from town, the ATMs in hotel zone of Tulum are few and doesn't work all the time.

This is a really excellent boutique hotel with a wonderful, friendly staff. Their front desk was attentive to all of our needs, there are two restaurants on the hotel and both are very good and staffed with excellent cooks and waiters. The beach is clean, has great areas of both sun and shade. It's an easy walk to other properties for meals or entertainment.

This hotel is impeccable. The staff is so kind and attentive and the food is incredible. They helped us with every need we had. The views from our room were incredible. The beach is private and quiet and calm. Tulum can get rowdy but this was a quiet little haven tucked in the hustle and bustle. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice quiet hotel. We found it very clean and well taking care of. It is not inexpensive like most of Tulum now. There is a small gym, swimming pool, roof deck, good access to the beach and two very good restaurants. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Just about Tulum itself, the beach had a lot of seaweed and we found the taxi to be more expensive than London and New York $20 US for one mile.

Heaven on earth! My wife and I had an absolutely perfect stay, and we highly recommend The Beach Tulum. It is expensive, but this is one of the rare instances where a hotel is absolutely worth the cost. The staff is incredible, and everyone is friendly and responsive. The hotel uses WhatsApp, and everyone responds quickly and is ready to address every request. The spa was wonderful, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our spa trip was memorable including a surprise of chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. You have a private day bed on the beach, and the sand and beachfront is immaculate. Yoga in the morning, breakfast in your room or at the restaurant, bikes to borrow, and a delicious cocktail at the perfect moment are just a few of the many things that set the hotel apart. I’m not sure what more I can say, other than we will recommend The Beach Tulum to every friend looking for a perfect stay in Tulum.
