★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO VAYAN! el servicio esta horrible, te tratan super mal las que trabajan ahí no les importas son super amargadas y cero profesionales. yo me hice el rizado de pestañas y parece que no me hice nada enserio me quedaron super mal! estoy muy enojada porque gaste mi tiempo y dinero en esto que no sirvió de nada, no te dicen lo que están haciendo y solo de ponen cosas en los ojos de la nada. Le dije a la señora que estaba ahí de buena manera que no me gustaron y que parecía que no me hice nada, me dijo que me esperara y si no que vuelva a ir pero bien amargada, no se disculpo, no dijo lo siento es nuestro error NADA! y luego cuando me fui le dije bye gracias y no me dijo nada solo se puso en el teléfono y me espere como 10 segundos y no me dijo nada. NUNCA VUELVO A IR!
DO NOT GO! The service is awful, the ones who work there treat you badly, they don't care, they are super bitter and zero professionals. I did the curly eyelashes and it seems that I didn't do anything seriously, they were really bad for me! I am very angry because I spent my time and money on this that did not help, they do not tell you what they are doing and only put things in the eyes of nothing. I told the lady that I was there in a good way that I did not like them and that it seemed that I did nothing, she told me to wait for me and if not to go again but very bitter, she did not apologize, she did not say sorry it is ours ANYTHING error! and then when I left I said bye thank you and he said nothing to me he just got on the phone and waited for me like 10 seconds and he said nothing to me. I NEVER GO BACK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si escribo es para que las personas que estén considerando ir, no lo hagan. El personal no atiende de la mejor manera y los trabajos realizados (en este caso lifting de pestañas) son malos. Me quedó disparejo el rizado y tinte, no te explican lo que hacen ni cuanto tiempo se tardará.

Para el TINTE Y RIZADO de PESTAÑAS, si tienen pestañas cortas y quieren un trabajo bien hecho, no vayan. Realmente creo que deberían tener más comunicación y tacto con el cliente, al menos con un proceso tan sensible que se trate de los ojos, no se ganan la confianza del cliente, sientes que vas en la montaña rusa sin cinturón de seguridad. No me dijeron que me iban a hacer, cuánto tiempo iba a tardar cada líquido, que químicos me iban a poner, me tuvieron con los ojos cerrados SIN NADA cómo por media hora y aún no llegaba la chica que hacía el proceso, no me hicieron ni una prueba para ver si era alérgica y cada que se acercaba la chica no decía nada solo ponía algo más y se iba. El resultado fue desfavorable, unas mas rizadas que otras y el tinte inexistente. No vuelvo jamás.

For TINT AND CURLY TABS, if you have short eyelashes and want a job well done, do not go. I really think that they should have more communication and touch with the client, at least with such a sensitive process that it is about the eyes, they do not win the client's trust, you feel that you are riding the roller coaster without a seatbelt. They did not tell me what they were going to do to me, how long it was going to take each liquid, what chemicals they were going to put on me, they had me with their eyes closed WITHOUT ANYTHING for half an hour and the girl who was doing the process was not there, they did not make me not a test to see if she was allergic and every time she approached the girl did not say anything just put something else and left. The result was unfavorable, some more curly than others and nonexistent dye. I never return.
