Fuimos un día anterior y tanto el dueño como la trabajadora fueron excelentes, información precisa y clara. Excelente servicio.
Lamentablemente hoy tuvimos una experiencia totalmente opuesta. La trabajadora (diferente a la de ayer), fue varias veces imprecisa con información, diciendo que no contaban con cervezas que yo sola encontré.
Al final le pregunté sobre una cerveza más, me miró e ignoró por completo 3 veces.
Realmente desagradable.
Espero su jefe sepa que un mal trato puede hacer que clientes no recomienden ni vuelvan.

We went the day before and both the owner and the worker were excellent, accurate and clear information. Excellent service.
Unfortunately today we had a totally opposite experience. The worker (different from yesterday), was several times imprecise with information, saying that they did not have beers that I found alone.
In the end I asked him about one more beer, he looked at me and completely ignored me 3 times.
Really disgusting.
I hope your boss knows that a bad deal can make clients not recommend or return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena variedad de cervezas del mundo y regularmente te tratan muy bien y te ayudan con las dudas sobre los estilos de cervezas que no conoces, algunos precios están un poqutitito elevados en algunas cervezas, pero en mi experiencia son mas baratas que en la unica otra opción beer box.
Good variety of beers in the world and they regularly treat you very well and help you with doubts about the styles of beers you do not know, some prices are a little high in some beers, but in my experience they are cheaper than the only other option beer box.
