If there was a way to put zero stars, I would do it, terrible service from the Manager and a specific waiter. We have gone twice and both times were very bad experiences. The first time we went, this waiter did not want to give us a table because he thought we were not going to consume. The second time we went it was around 12:15 and we asked if they already had service and the same waiter said no, until 2pm. We went to sit at another table to order something else and a few minutes later a group of young people arrived and they were seated and given less by the same waiter. I went inside the secursal and asked the Manager if they already had service and he answered yes, then after I saw the waiter who came in he began to tell me if we already have service, in that I go to the waiter and ask him very annoyed why that then he told me at 2pm and called me a liar, that he never told me that, the Manager tells me if we start at 2 only that it is already 1 and he has already opened the kitchen. I commented that it was not the first time that this specific waiter had done the same to us and the Manager only seemed to be funny, the waiter kept saying that it was not true, that when he told me that, I asked the waiter that I already I didn't want to talk to him anymore because of his behavior and bad customer service but the waiter wanted to keep arguing. In short, I did not receive an apology from the waiter or the manager, it was only seen that they were very funny. My husband also went to tell them but they were still funny and they even spoke to security. I don't know why the waiter grabbed it against us, and I even asked them if it was my husband's tattoos or my children's tattoos that they didn't want to attend to, but they said no. I don't know about you but for me it is some kind of discrimination and this kind of treatment should not be done.
