★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia de lugar me cobraron un servicio que no solicite por que al parecer no saben leer lo que les pides y su mejor solución fue cobrarme la mitad de ese servicio que no pedí. Los pague por que a diferencia del lugar yo soy buena clienta que claro perdieron, pero la verdad busquen otro lugar.
El lugar pésimo servicio al cliente
A bad experience of a place they charged me for a service that I did not request because apparently they do not know how to read what you ask them and their best solution was to charge me half of that service that I did not ask for. I paid them because, unlike the place, I am a good customer who of course lost, but the truth is, look for another place.

Les escribí el lunes y me dijeron que podía pasar a que me hicieran garantía. Fui ayer y para empezar, la recepcionista que se llama Carmen tiene pésima actitud; no sabe tratar a los clientes.
Yo pensé que me retirarían el gelish de las dos uñas dañadas, pero lo único que hicieron fue ponerme una capa encima y se engrosó la uña. Total que para no discutir, lo dejé pasar. Pero hoy ya se me hicieron feas justo esas 2 uñas malhechas que engrosaron ?. Era un buen lugar para hacerme gelish, pero lamentablemente la calidad ha disminuido bastante.
On Saturday, October 23, I went to have gelish done at the Lomas branch and on Sunday I had 2 nails chipped. I wrote to them on Monday and they told me that I could come in to get a guarantee. I went yesterday and to begin with, the receptionist named Carmen has a terrible attitude; he does not know how to treat clients.
I thought they would remove the gelish from both damaged nails, but all they did was put a layer on top and the nail thickened. Total not to argue, I let it pass. But today I just got ugly those 2 bad nails that thickened ?. It was a good place to gelish me, but sadly the quality has dropped quite a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia 2 veces que se me trozan las uñas además que las chavas me hicieron lo que quisieron porque ya no les daba tiempo. 2 ocaciones que se me caen a pedazos las uñas. Habiendo tantos lugares en Puebla que trabajan súper bien.
Definitivamente no regresaré.
Very bad experience 2 times that my nails are chipped and the girls did whatever they wanted to me because they didn't have time anymore. 2 times my nails fall apart. Having so many places in Puebla that work super well.
Definitely not going back.
