★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He venido en varias ocaciones y todo bien pero hoy vine a las 11 a.m. que es a la hora que abren y son casi 11:30 y no han abierto por lo que me molesta ya que vengo de CDMX pague caseta el Parkin y solo para regresarme igual a trabajar ya que no pude esperar más tiempo ... ojalá pongan más atención a ello ya que con los precios que manejan yo esperaría que consideraran que la clientela que atienden tiene el tiempo Limitado.

En cuando a los precios puede que le parezca algo elevado a más de uno, todo depende de que tanto valores tu imagen.
The barbershop is divided into two parts, one for children and one for the regular customer, usually the waiting time is short or zero, and they always give their work a bonus by giving extra treatment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bien, pero considero que a los que atienden les hace falta un poco más de gusto por su empleo, le pedí un corte al chico, con todo y fotos, no puedo creer que me haya dejado como quiso, opté por no decir nada para no causar problemas pero, en verdad, 200 pesos por un corte que odio... Es absurdo, hasta se siente como un robo.
The place is fine, but I think that those who attend need a little more taste for their job, I asked the boy for a cut, with everything and photos, I can't believe he left me as he wanted, I chose not to say nothing to avoid causing problems but, in truth, 200 pesos for a cut that I hate... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera que fue me atendió un chavo morenito chaparrito, 10 corte y 10 en atención…
La segunda vez que fui le dije a la señora de cómo 50 años que obvio no es la dueña, que me hiciera una cita para dentro de 1 hora y le dejaba pagado el corte…. Me dijo que no hacía Citas que porque le hacían mucho desastre en sus horarios… pero mija es una cita pagada sino llego la pierdo lo sé… le expliqué pero rotundamente me dijo que no hacía citas solo con 24 horas de antelación y pagadas; a lo que le dije voy a comer y regreso pero bueno Gracias….
El día de hoy con un 3er intento me anime y pase, por la comodidad de la ubicación dije, vamos a tratar de nuevo; requería corte de cabello y barba, al entrar la señora de la entrada me dijo que no contaba con cobro con tarjeta solo efectivo, a lo que mi consumo iban a ser $330 y yo traía $318 en efectivo, le comenté que pues yo siempre pago con tarjeta y pues que la próxima vez le daba los $12 pesitos…
A lo que contesto muy despota que pues si no me alcanzaba solo me cortara el pelo…
Lo más importante en estos negocios es la atención; me perdieron como cliente presente y futuro, todo por la señora de la entrada… sino le gusta su trabajo que pues ponga un negocio que no es de atención así de fácil… si el encargado quiere que se lo venga a decir en su cara con gusto lo puedo hacer mándame un mensaje y lo hago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A los pequeños les tienen mucha paciencia con sus cortes y me ha gustado como le ha quedado a mi hijo, sin embargo la mujer que está en recepción no es muy cortés, ni con los empleados. Siempre que he ido está de mal humor y quejándose con ellos. La última vez nos cobraron comisión del 3% por pago con tarjeta, antes no lo hacían.
They have a lot of patience with the little ones with their haircuts and I liked how my son turned out, however the woman at the reception is not very courteous, not even with the employees. Si pagas con tarjeta ya te cobran la famosa comisión del 3%, la cual es ilegal. Anteriormente ya había pagado con con tarjeta, sin embargo, no me aplicaban ese cobro.
