La accesibilidad es nula para dar solución a sus clientas. Les recomiendo que las clientas que también hayan tenido un problema así, pongan su queja en @PROFECO, ya que lo que te venden, es totalmente ajeno al servicio que recibes. TOTALMENTE INSATISFECHA !!

Mensaje, te cbian los horarios y hasta te inve tan que la máquina se bloqueó que lástima que tengan personal asi

Anteriormente hace aproximadamente 1 año me realice un servicio con ellos y la verdad el servicio muy bien sin embargó siempre te están vendiendo y casi obligando a que compres más servicios lo que es súper incomodo y de muy baja calidad a mi parecer. (súper incómodo.)
Es por ello que ya no volví con ellos y actualmente no tengo ningún servicio con ellos sin embargo sin mi autorización realizaron dos cargos de $1000 cada uno y no me responden mis mensajes.
They made me 2 charges on December 31, 2021 without my consent.
Previously about 1 year ago I take a service with them and the truth service very well without embodied are always selling you and almost forcing you to buy more services what is super uncomfortable and very low quality in my opinion. (Super uncomfortable.)
That is why I no longer returned with them and I currently have no service with them, however without my authorization, they made two $ 1000 charges each and do not respond to me my messages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The laser hair removal was effective on me but the employees there are not very nice, they even have a rude attitude which I believe it’s not appropriate given the fact that you are paying for a service that is not very economic and you should receive a good trait. They are always full so getting your appointments will be very difficult. They continue to promote their services even tho they have more than 1000 clients. Having so much clients causes their service to deteriorate. Every time I have to set the agenda for my appointment a month + before it. If you arrive 2 minutes late they cancel your appointment and don’t give to you till the next month
