Los faciales de prueba que hacen en la tienda terminan siendo sucios porque no saben hacerlo bien (al menos como otras sucursales a donde he ido) y antes de pagar sus productos revisen que sean bien lo que pidieron, a mi me dieron un body wash gel (que no se debe poner en la cara) cuando específicamente les pedí un producto para el rostro.
 Look for information on the web because the managers do not know very well about the subject. The test facials that they do in the store end up being dirty because they don't know how to do it well (at least like other stores where I have been) and before paying for their products check that they are good what they asked for, they gave me a body wash gel (not to be put on the face) when I specifically asked for a face product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de ir a la sucursal y que pésimo servicio. Había tres chavas y tuve que atenderme sola. Nadie me preguntó si tenía dudas, si buscaba algo o si quería probar algo. Compré sólo porque tenía que comprar el regalo, pero definitivamente pésimo servicio.
I just went to the branch and lousy service. There were three chavas and had to treat me alone. Nobody asked me if I had doubts, if looking for something or wanted to try something. I bought just because I had to buy the gift, but definitely lousy service.

Para los 3 pesos que les pagan, y se sienten princesas, traen las patas rajadas y se dan el lujo de ponerse déspotas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualización Noviembre 2020: Desde que cambiaron al personal de esa tienda, todo cambio para súper bien. El servicio es excelente, las vendedoras muy amables, te explican súper bien cómo funcionan los productos, te ayudan a que aproveches mejor las ofertas. Me da mucho gusto que hayan hecho esos cambios. Incluso me apoyaron con un regalo de Love Your Body Club que ya había expirado y que por el cierre por la contingencia no había podido usar. Lo reactivaron y pude usarlo.
Atención pesima, la dependienta y la gerente que están en la tarde son un par de despotas. Les pides una cosa y te dan otra, y encima se enojan si les reclamas. Fatal el servicio en esta sucursal.
Update November 2020: Since they changed the staff of that store, everything changed for the better. The service is excellent, the saleswomen are very friendly, they explain very well how the products work, they help you make better use of the offers. I'm really glad they made those changes. They even supported me with a gift from Love Your Body Club that had already expired and that due to the contingency closure I had not been able to use. They reactivated it and I was able to use it.
Terrible attention, the clerk and the manager who are in the afternoon are a couple of despots. You ask them for one thing and they give you another, and on top of that they get angry if you claim them. Fatal service at this branch.
