The Burger Custom Made at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta - 63735 Nuevo Vallarta

The restaurant is like the name implies: good burgers. The service and wait time were both pretty average. The burgers were a little pricey for their taste, but otherwise good. Would’ve gotten a 4/5, but their were some nice felines to keep us company. 5/5 wanted to take one home, but the wife wouldn’t let me.

The Service was great and the Food was delicious. Had the Peppercorn Burger Curly Fries plus the creamy Mac and Cheese. Our Conciere screwed up our reservation and the hostess made us feel like second class citizens. Very unprofessional

Excellent burgers. I had the trio, and tried the tuna. However, the large cocktails, the "vacation" size, are wildly overpriced for their size. At that price, a fishbowl would be expected.

Loved this place so much we went 2 nights in a row while staying at the Grand Luxxe! Really delicious and creative burgers. It's not all about just the beef. My favorite was a surf n turf burger... beef and lobster. Mmmm mmm good! The appetizers are second as well. Hubby loved the onion rings while I went for the artichoke and sun-dried tomato dip with brie. Oh and their Cadillac margaritas are big and tasty. Our waiter was fabulous. Attentive, friendly and made great menu suggestions. Can't wait to go back some day.

Fernando did a great job making the Zacapa Red Tea (fruit flavored) at our table. We all had their salads (Chinese, with shrimp, and Cesar), which were very delicious, artistic, and had a pleasant, crisp texture. For the main dish, we had burgers, baked potato, and sweet potato fries. The Al Pastor Burger was delicious and another chance to eat the delicious shrimp.

Overall was surprised a bit how highly rated this restaurant was, as our experience did not come close to matching the reviews. I had one of the specialty 'burgers' - the Hot Dog Provencial. It was described as an Italian sausage stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon. What I received was a hot dog which didn't have any cheese, so quite a bit different than the description. I also ordered onion rings, which come with three sauces. The sauces were nice, but the onion rings were basically out of a bag. (And I've probably had better frozen onion rings from the store.) Overall pretty disappointing for MXN 235 (~USD 12) order of onion rings. My wife had a cheeseburger and fries. Her meal was decent, but not exceptional. Service was ok, but kitchen seemed to be backed up as we waited 45 minutes for our food. Overall felt overpriced for underwhelming food and service.

Wow, They have a couple of great burgers here but that's not all. Pollo to fish in a beautiful location. Very Very good staff as the whole resort at Vidanta has. Love it here.

Good size burgers, good combinations of flavor in each dish.
