THE CENOTE GUY - CENOTE DIVING - 77720 Playa del Carmen

My experience with The Cenote Guy was beyond any words can describe. My trip to El Pit+Dos Ojos was very well organized from the beginning to the end. My guide Paco made sure to maximize the experience in the most professional way. I was a bit nervous at the beginning since it was my first cenote diving, but soon after I started to feel really safe and relaxed with Paco's help. That way I was able to enjoy myself 100% and beyond. Great snacks, drinks, and a lunch were provided which made the trip even more exciting!! The cenotes were out of this world, just mind blowing. So magical, sacred, it was nothing like I've seen or experienced in my life! It's definitely a must do while you are in Yucatan peninsula, so don't miss out. Thanks Paco and I am really looking forward to going on an adventure with you guys again?

Spent an entire day researching which scuba experience was the best around Tulum/PDC. For the best price, what's included, and experience - look no further! Aydin did a great job planning and even tipped me off that diving El Pit was arguably better than Dos Ojos. Ended up doing the Bat Cave line (Dos Ojos) and El Pit back to back, by far the best experience I have ever had diving around the world thanks to Paco (the dive master)! The entrance ticket costs a little more to do both, but entirely worth it. It felt more like diving with an old friend from start to finish - groups are limited to 4 for these dives so make sure to contact in advance. First dive experience in a cenote could not have been better!

The Cenote Guy is really passionate about providing the most wonderful experience to his customers. Excellent in guiding, expertise in cavern diving, friendly and great communication. He was trying to show us the best scenes of denotes and meet all of our requests. Transparent on his services and fees. Had a memorable experience with him and definitely will come back again.

I can't recommend The Cenote Guy enough! We loved loved loved our dives with them! We dove with them the first week of may 2022 and had a fantastic experience. Booking our dives was very easy and friendly, it was very organized and we had clear confirmations in hand for our diving days. The day of our dives, our guide Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained everything about diving in a cenote clearly, leading us to feel safe and calm. He also explained all about the history and maya culture, which really added magic to the whole experience! We dove 4 different cenotes with him and each dive ended up to be the most amazing experience! The transportation was very pleasant, it felt like a small road trip with friends. The food for the lunch was also amazing, proper tasty mexican food, yummy. Now I can't wait to go on other cenote dive trips with them, highly recommend The Cenote Guy!

Mel was our dive guide and the whole day ran fantastically from getting picked up at the meet place to both dives at Casa and Angelita Cenotes. Mel was a great dive master very knowledgeable and a very responsible dive/cavern guide. The included lunch was divine as well. Overall would highly recommend for anyone looking to experience cenote diving in and around Tulum.

Did the Carwash + Angelita cenote dive package with The Cenote Guy. Looked around at a couple other dive companies that offered the same experience and this one was 10-20 percent cheaper than the others I found. Made all enquiries and bookings over WhatsApp where they were very helpful and responsive. On the day of, our dive guide Paulo was punctual and clearly excited to share his love for the cenotes with us. Lunch was included in the price and was superb after tiring ourselves out from two dives. The cenotes themselves were as breathtaking as you would expect. The next day after the dive, I realized I had left my GoPro camera in the BCD I was using, and again, they were quick to let me know they had it over WhatsApp while arranging to meet me to hand it back. Can’t recommend The Cenote Guy enough and i look forward to being able to dive with them again someday.

We were on the fence about doing a cenote dive during our trip to Mexico but found The Cenote Guy and it made it so smooth it was impossible to pass up. Mel was extremely knowledgeable and made sure all our gear was sized right- We opted to use their gear on this trip. She explained everything in depth but was laid back and made for a very fun experience. We are happy we went with their recommendation of chac mool and kukulkan We didn’t believe all the reviews of cenote guy were positive, but we can say it’s all true. We highly recommend and use them again without question.
