★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio al cliente. Llegué a mostrador a pedir que me ayudaran a darme el precio de 10 productos. La señorita me dijo que tenía que ser por teléfono (aunque ella estaba sin hacer nada) le pedí que por favor me ayudara pq tenía que armar la cotización ese día y pq eran bien poquitas cosas, entonces accedió y me dio el precio de las bolsas de basura y las escobas; en eso llegó un cliente y me dijo Espereme tantito, entonces me esperé y atendió al cliente con el que se tardó como 20 minutos. Cuando se fue el cliente, se acercó conmigo y me dijo "es que la verdad yo no le puedo dar el precio de las cosas y se empezó a reír burlándose. Le dije ps gracias por su amable servicio y tenerme esperando (de manera sarcástica obviamente) le pedí la tarjeta y me fui. OBVIAMENTE no les comparé a ellos aunque sean más baratos que la competencia la calidad en el servicio y la forma en la que se burló de mi dice mucho de ellos. Es morena de pelo negro por cierto.
le agradezco su pronta respuesta respecto lo que me sucedió y que lo tomen en cuenta, ya que todos estamos para ayudarnos y facilitar la comunicación siempre de manera efectiva. Y Si me di la vuelta allá fue para recibir un servicio rápido. Estoy consciente que si fueran muchos productos se haga mediante una llamada telefónica, pero en caso de que sean precios de pocas cosas creo que también para eso existe el servicio en mostrador. Muchas gracias nuevamente por preocuparse por mejorar y tomar en cuenta mi opinión.
The worst customer service. I came to the counter to ask for help in giving me the price of 10 products. The lady told me that it had to be on the phone (although she was doing nothing) I asked her to please help me pq had to build the quote that day and pq were just a few things, then agreed and gave me the price of the bags of garbage and brooms; A client came to me and Espereme tantito told me, so I waited for him and he took care of the client with whom it took like 20 minutes. When the client left, he approached me and said "is that the truth I can not give you the price of things and started laughing mocking." I said thank you for your kind service and have me waiting (obviously sarcastic I asked him for the card and left, I OBVIOUSLY did not compare them to them even though the quality of the service is cheaper than the competition and the way he made fun of me says a lot about them.
I thank you for your prompt response regarding what happened to me and for you to take it into account, as we are all here to help each other and facilitate communication always effectively. And if I turned around there was to receive a quick service. I am aware that if there were many products, it would be done through a telephone call, but in case they are prices of few things I think that for that there is also the service at the counter. Thank you again for worrying about improving and taking my opinion into account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron muy mal, me hicieron esperar muchísimo tiempo y cuando les pedí precios de productos me dijeron que checara la página y no me dijeron nada más. Ni siquiera hay precios en la página a menos que cotize.
They treated me very badly, they made me wait a long time and when I asked them for product prices they told me to check the page and they didn't tell me anything else. There are not even prices on the page unless I quote.
