★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit this particular Centurion lounge at Terminal at CDMX several times a year. To get inside you need a Platinum card or Centurion card. The gate keepers of the lounge really need better training in customer service. Need to be welcoming in attitude. After 17 hours of travel I was happy to enter a familiar lounge. But, I was SHOCKED this week to be charged $11.00 for a club sandwich, which I was told was "premium" menu food; but there were no non-premium foods on menu. This is the first time I have been charged for light fare in an AM EX lounge. The lounge next door, to which I have membership, does not charge for food. No benefit to enter this Centurion Lounge. There are better and plentiful food choices out with the multitudes. After paying $1,000.00 a year for membership this kind of nickel and dime politic is unreasonable. Shame on you American Express!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit this Centurion lounge at Terminal 1 (after security check) at CDMX quite often. To get inside you need a Platinum card and up.Usually you don't have to wait, the food is great, the service could be just a bit quicker; just order drinks if you’re in a rush, staff is polite and they provide great service. I never get disappointed by this Centurion lounge.
There is another American Express lounge before security check, that one is also good, to get inside you need Gold card and up but the one after security check is better, you need Platinum and up for the one after security check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn’t feel like AMEX PLATINUM lounge. More like a small regular lounge. It’s usually busy and feels like sardines in a can. Everybody sits in front of each other - so you are looking at other people constantly what they eat or drink and can hear all conversations. No privacy.❗️Food is not free except carrots and chips. ❗️No bottle water.-They bring you a glass of water from who knows where and it’s still pandemic❗️Staff is overwhelmed so everything is delayed. Very disappointing with it. If you can - choose another lounge that at least has bottle water and some food to give you for the membership that you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible won’t describe this joke of a lounge. Sorry AmEx. This is a failure! Cannot find this lounge. Don’t try. The process of accessing it is also challenging. Inside it’s tiny. The bathroom can barely fit 2 people. Don’t bother washing your hands. Cannot get water to work in the sink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicest / least crowded Centurion Lounge I've been in so far.
This one feels a lot nicer than the one past security in Terminal 2, but the food is good in both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed feelings. The club is clean, staff is nice, and food is good. The problem....for most of the day, most food items are not included. Half way between a lounge and restaurant. The Platinum card is now $695 and hard to justify just to get me in a lounge that charges. Amex, it's a mistake to nickel/dime your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the lounge in Terminal 1 Domestic Departures. It is sunday morning so no crowds. Complimentary food was really nice and personnel was kind and efficient. Cannot compare to other lounge options but would definitely come back for de food quality and quietness.
